This wet and go car wash is a rip off.
I JOINED IN MAY CANCEL A FEW WEEKS LATER.
And after sitting on hold FOR 29 min with Giant Engle then passed over to another rep who SAID they would cancel the membership.
Now in July 8 2025 they charge for a charge me $19.20 dollars for a membership .
Then I called went to the process all over again.
Gave all my information, still waiting for them to correct this.
TODAY I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB

Avoid the car wash it's horrible. Paid for the $10 wash and the back of my truck looks like it wasn't touched. Free vacuums are good, gas is decent priced if you have advantage pay.

3 times now I’ve stopped at this specific Getgo to fill my tires and get gas. Every single time I pull up to the same 2 pumps and neither of them work. You push the service button at the pump and no one comes. No note on the screen saying the pump doesn’t work. I literally would put all of my card info into the machine and it would pump less than a dollars worth of gas because every time you squeeze the handle of the pump a small amount of gas comes out and it stops immediately afterwards. I’ll never be coming here for gas anymore. So pathetic that a place called a “gas station” has pumps that don’t even work. I thought it was the cold weather freezing the lines of the pump. But even when I tried on a nice 50 degree day the same issue still persists. Nothing but a big waste of time. Go somewhere else you’ll thank me.

Purchased unlimited car wash pass at another location, and it is not working here. Plus waited in line for 20 minutes just for my pass to not work. Will be avoiding this location. I like the old school cashier window at the gas station though.

This location carwash is closed. When I check Google map the cashier, yellow me when I ask him why you guys close early carwash. I don’t know this old man is stupid or he not nice also

Their carwash is always closed. When I ask the cashier, they always have an excuse. You are charging me for an unlimited carwash. Then why not make it always working and available for the customers? They are a ripoff and that’s why i love going to Sheetz over GetGo

The touchless car wash hit my car. There is now a chip taken out of my car. The customer service didn't believe me and kept saying it wouldn't do that and it must have been something I've done. I've been to this car wash over 100 times, I'd like to think I know what I'm doing. New 40,000 dollar car has a chip in it now.

Having been to gas stations all over usa Canada and Mexico. Manager here is most rude and no customer service skills. They promote 16 cents off for advance pay. I want to cashier asked if I give you $40 cash does that mean I get the gas for 16 cents off per gallon. She said yes. Paid pumped gas found out I paid full 5 bucks gallon. Manager said cashier was new and offered me a job . No apology no offer a free coffee nothing. I just passing through PA. Manager sucks.
