I liked the store at Cranberry, PA (20668 Perry Highway Route 19N)…. . I bought different items for the house .. I spent $207.00 dollars ..I believe in good causes … and save money too ..
However I believe that they need to do a better job with their staff members …. Poor customer service and very rude attitude from “Patricia” according her badge .. she was working at the register .. young girl with no matters .. I am Hispanic where it seems it is a minority….. not sure what was her problem ??? If she treats everyone the same or it was just me ?
The bed spread was cleaning the floor after she tried to put it a bag that I bought from the store.. other items was just sitting in the counter after I paid for .. I had to reminder her that I paid for 5 bags to baggage my items ..and at the end of the transaction after giving me receipt … I did not even receive a “Thank you”…

Cool place to just casually look around. I have to say though for Donated items they recieved free they charge a lot. Ive found items with an original store tag and realized Goodwill was charging more than when the item was new.

A huge selection of clothing, I didn't even look at the housewares or the bedding. Not a lot of Plus sizes compared to the amount of clothing in other sizes, but I found exactly what I was looking for and in a size that fit. It was worth the stop.

Very expensive and mostly low quality items. Happy to revise feedback if the store improves in the future. Also not worth your time if you are a reseller fyi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently visited Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and had an outstanding experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the cleanliness and organization of the store. Everything was so well arranged, making it easy and enjoyable to shop. The layout is incredibly neat, and it’s clear that the team here puts a lot of effort into maintaining a welcoming environment.
One highlight of my visit was interacting with Monica, a truly exceptional employee. She was not only kind and friendly but also impressively knowledgeable. Monica went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and her positive attitude made my experience even better. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers, which made all the difference.
Parking was also a breeze! The lot was spacious and easy to navigate, and I was pleased to see that it’s fully wheelchair accessible. This thoughtful setup is a testament to Goodwill’s commitment to accessibility and convenience for all customers.
Overall, my visit to Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania was fantastic, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for a clean, organized store with amazing staff like Monica, this location should be at the top of your list!

What a wonderful staff in the Donations Loading Dock. I stopped donating at the McKnight store because the staff there is VERY RUDE all the time and for years. The Cranberry staff is always happy to accept donations, very friendly and always VERY thankful. Today Krista and Dom were there. They are so gracious and appreciative. THANK YOU.

Although the prices have increased for all items, this location is still my favorite. I can always find a great selection of children’s books, the toy selection is always great and they have a good variety of clothing.

I have to change my review based on the new ticket price and prices at this location are weird and all over the places. Dollar tree items priced at $3.99 is just insane. You’re almost better off going to Walmart or Gabes for the same deals with new items. The worse part of the experience is finding something you LOVE and it not have a tag to have to put it back to be retagged for an item that isn’t anything but a basic shirt. My goodwill shopping experience has really went down hill.I Find little joy shopping here anymore.
