Why is it that I take things to this store and then find them being sold by employees personally on cranberry websites? I give nice things in hopes that someone less fortunate can have something nice and not for your employees to make money on. Goodwill, I will not be taking anything to your stores any longer. Please feel free to look into this. There are around 20 people I personally know of that will not take things there anymore. We find our things being sold on Facebook.

Looking for clothes at this location is a huge waste of time and an extremely frustrating experience. The sizes are frequently mixed up. You can't go more than 3 items in the size L-XL racks without finding something in a different size that doesn't belong. Half the XL racks are actually sizes XS-M. I have personally seen an employee take a bunch of dresses and stick them in the XL area. I went over to look at them, and they were all Mediums. She just mindlessly sticks clothes anywhere. Don't waste your time at this one!

I think it’s very dumb there is no bins out anymore it’s so annoying to put all your donations on this small little cart I think you should bring the bins back

Five-Star Team, Frustrating Policy Change
I'm a frequent visitor to the Cranberry Township Goodwill on Freedom Road, as someone who donates regularly. I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team that manages donations outside. The staff who work the donation collection area are truly incredible—always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Without fail, they offer to assist with unloading items from your car and ensure everything gets sorted properly. They're efficient, kind, and represent Goodwill with exceptional professionalism. The store is very lucky to have them.
That said, I was extremely disappointed to see that the outdoor donation bins have recently been removed. As someone who donates often, I found those bins to be an incredibly helpful and convenient part of the process. They added much-needed efficiency and streamlined the donation experience for both customers and, I imagine, the staff as well.
Unless the removal was due to severe weather concerns (in which case, I completely understand), this decision feels like a step backward. The lack of bins creates bottlenecks, slows things down, and negatively affects the overall donor experience. I hope Goodwill leadership reconsiders this decision and finds a way to reinstate the bins under normal conditions—perhaps removing them temporarily only during inclement weather.
Please know this feedback comes from someone who truly values the mission and work of Goodwill. I want to see it succeed, and I hope this input is taken constructively. And again, my sincere thanks to the outdoor collection staff—you’re the best part of the experience, every time!

You’re reselling donations for a profit and you don’t accept returns. Such a scam.

So we stopped here because I didn't bring a nice shirt for a golf course we were playing on the way back home. They had some, and the most wonderful cashier who didn't know she made my day. So thank you. I'll make sure to forget my golf shirt next time I hit up Jergels. Nice place as well Goodwill!

What a joke. The prices on most stuff is not a deal. Some you can even get at Walmart the same or cheaper. Tons of pajamas were missing either the top or bottom. Several pairs of shoes were put out with only one. And I bought my grandson a police car since he really like those and even though the front grill part was broke it was still 4$. Should have been discontinued more than that.

Good and easy drop off which makes it easy to donate. Wish they had the receipts ready to hand out vs QR codes

Bought a pair of water proof boots. 14.99 rounded up to help out. Only to come home and find a 8 inch tear up the back. Called and asked about return. I was shut down. Asked for credit was told no refunds or exchanges. I went there to save money. Only to lose money. Ruined my day. And it was my first time there. Promise to spread the news !!! Good will on freedom road cranberry township pa. 16066. Ok readers. Did you notice the owner contacted me with a response saying they would reimburse me after emailing them. Guess what. No one has contacted me at all to take care of this situation with a pair of ripped boots. Ya. Definitely got RIPPED OFF
