Had an issue with two front tires for my 33 foot RV. This rig is new, with 16 inch aluminum rims and Hankook Dynapro HT tires. From the first phone call to the stellar diagnosis and analysis, both David (operations manager) and Robert (Master Tech) were the best. They listened without dismissive attitudes. They have the Hunter Road Force Elite tire balancer for proper diagnosis and correction. Commercial ops are not the prettiest places but that is because real professional work is being done! 5 stars

On Friday afternoon, almost at the end of the shift, I went to the store for 2 flat tires and the girls who work here checked the tires with the common procedure, they installed 2 new tires, I do not recommend it.

They inspected my tire's slow leak, and then repaired it. They also serviced & reset the TPMS sensor. $48 worth of parts and labor. All of this in about an hour, and free of charge! How is that? They are currently having some kind of flat repair promotion. Very pleasantly surprised.

Very friendly staff, as soon as I showed up they pulled me in and kept me informed of everything that was going on. Definitely recommend this place too any company that has a fleet of trucks that needs tires.

We had a blowout on I76 PA in the semi. They were 20 minutes away but did take 2.5 hours before arrival but that could be partly on our company That is typical for roadside and quite frankly quicker than most. When they did arrive they were quick and efficient. We had another tire that looked ready to go at any time but they only brought one so they directed us to the shop 11 miles away where they repaired second tire in their driveway because their bays were full. Once again quick and efficient. Every employee was courteous and professional.
