59 minute wait time turned into an hour and half! Girls chat too much and when my husband was next (showed 0 wait time) we waited another 20 minutes because one of the girls disappeared. Normally I’m ok waiting but he had another appt and even though we allowed plenty of time we barely made it. Always way too slow. Will go somewhere else from now on.

Went there for the first time and those ladies were AMAZING!! my boyfriend and I got our haircut and again AMAZING!! Not only did they do a great job, but their energy was great. I felt like I knew them. I'm so happy we went there, and I highly recommend going there

I love Great Clips! They keep information from you previous cut on file. Also...Signing up online before your visit saves a lot of time. I am usually waited on within 5 minutes of entering the shop

Never a disappointment, always the best haircut every time! I have been going to this salon for seven years now, I always ask for Tammy who has been my stylist and does the most professional job I’ve had in many years! She’s the best and Great Clips Should be so proud to have her on their Team. She exemplifies the professional knowledge of a team leader at the Cranberry Township location!!
As long as I live in Cranberry Township, She will remain my stylist until she moves on from Great Clips, Which I hope won’t be for many years to come!

Would leave 0 stars if i could. Went in and asked for 1 inch off the top and a trim on the sides. Mid way through i stopped it because she cut it all off and i basically have a buzz cut now. the lady cut over 4 inches of my hair off when i had asked for one. this is ridiculous and she should not be employed as a hairdresser if she cannot follow simple directions. this was not a typical oh a little too much was cut off, she just did what she wanted and cut all my hair off. this is not acceptable!

I came with three children, one child was supposed to get his hair done. My children wanted to take one lollipop each, the barber didn't let them take it. He said that one haircut is one lollipop, that's all you can do. I then went and bought him a pack of lollipops so that he wouldn't do that again.

WORST haircut I’ve ever gotten. Stylist used cutting scissors instead of thinning sheers and only left me with an inch of hair. She was trying to hide it and wasn’t even going to tell me that she messed up until I pointed it out before I left.

they cut my hair unevenly and I asked for layers and I didn't get anything I didn't get anything I asked for I had very very long hair and they butchered it very upset I got my cut about a month ago and it's still awful not happy

Update 3-25. Took my daughter to get haircut and stylist did basically nothing. She dusted the ends when I wanted a cut. I went back and had Amanda recut her hair and she did an exceptional job. Highly recommend Amanda if you can choose a stylist.
5-16. Walked right in and got the cut I wanted. The stylist listened attentively to what I was looking for and did a fantastic job cleaning up the last mess I paid for. Used my $6 cut coupon and walked out very happy. Plan on returning in the future. PS. Use the app to hold your place as I know these places can get busy.

Unprofessional haircut and she didn’t want to talk the customer. Literally they keep Some notes for me how to cut my hairstyle. Also I showed the picture that how I want to got a haircut to hairdresser. But, she still doesn’t know how to design it. Jeez.. skinny blonde woman. Don’t know how to make connection with the customers and make comfortable.

When I was telling her the haircut I wanted she said no that will look bad then she gave all the idea that she said looks good so I asked again and she rudely agreed as she was giveing the haircut she started hiring me with the raiser thing to cut my hair and when she was useing the com she missed my hair every time not cuting my hair when she was done I looked at the mirror it was bad like soooooo bad I am so mad zero star's if I could
