This place is fantastic! A few months ago when there was a big storm, we were struggling to find a generator (lost power for a full week in the end) and calling around to a bunch of HFs within our extended area and not only did these guys have what we wanted in stock, the manager offered to hold it for us because we were in a serious bind. On top of that, we got there and they let us use their restroom, gave us water and snacks for the road, and were just generally super nice and helpful! We had a 2 hour drive to get there after days of stress so the experience here really brought our spirits up AND we're happy with our generator! Just wanted to thank the folks at this HF!

My husband and I were in the Cranberry store today located on Route 322 outside of Franklin. We'd like to let the manager and associates who helped us in our purchase of a Generator know that we were more than happy with the service we received. From the time we entered the store and spoke with the guy running register, to the guy who helped us purchase the right generator for our needs, to the young man who helped us load our purchase, we want to thank each and every one of you for your kindness and sincere care in helping us. I wish I had names to personally thank each of these young men. I am hoping the manager will be able to identify these employees and congratulate them on a job well done.

I tried to return my nail gun I bought and they couldn’t give me cash back cause “they don’t have $100 in cash at the store”. Refused to give me the cash and said it could only be returned in another form of payment. What company this size doesn’t have $100 in cash. Manager is a joke!

10/10 because I ran into their fire hydrant 2 years ago and no one ever pursued it nor did they fix it properly so I get to keep laughing.0/10 though on their products and I genuinely would not recommend.
