Angie and Alyssa were the only ones working today and they did very well navigating all their tasks and customers. We greatly appreciate their hard work. Angie even said she was helping from another branch today so I thought that was nice of her to come and help out!

I went into this branch & asked for the routing & account number for my checking account. Unfortunately a Michael provided me with the requested information, but he made an error in providing me with my account number because the last two numbers were WRONG, not even close, I wanted to have a check deposited to this account! This caused a delay in over a month!!

100% the worst banking experience I've ever had!!Half of the checks I deposit for my business get week-long holds placed on them, and they claim it's because there's fraudulent activity.But then I called the fraud department, and the fraud department said no, we didn't put the hold on, your local branch did. They can remove the hold.You'll get nothing but lied to and run-around at this bank!!

I called the branch on June 11. Talked to an employee I knew from the Wexford branch. I got a call that looked fraudulent saying I was 29 days passed due on a loan. The employee agreed with me, said he would check with their back office, and get back to me that afternoon. I never heard back, so on June 16th I called again. Of course that employee was on vacation that week. I left a message for the branch manager which knows me, and has helped me out a lot in the past. Never heard from her. Today June 22 I called the branch at 9:30am (they open @ 9:00am). The phone rang about 6 times until it went to voicemail. I guess they don't want to help me anymore. I still have 2 commercial and 1 personal loan with them. In the last 2 years their customer service has really went down hill. I'm not sure if it is that branch, or "Keybank" overall.

I had made an appointment to discuss KeyBank account options and accidentally showed up on the wrong day. Unfortunately, the person I was scheduled to meet with was not there. However, Zach was more than happy to sit down and talk with me. He was polite and knowledgeable about their products. I chose to go with his recommendation and I can't be happier. The staff that I encountered during my visit were also friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you all!

I asked for larger bills when taking a cash withdrawal and was told that they had to distribute $50 bills to meet the entire request by policy!!! Lol. You know it's time to change banks when don't have enough $100s on hand to handle cash disbursement requests. I felt like I was watching It's a Wonderful Life and I depleted them of all but their last two one dollar bills!!!! Might want to go to PNC like we did!!

This bank completely screwed me on my PPP application. They failed to even submit it and now the branch manager LITERALLY said, 'ya, I don't know what happened' and there is no one at Key who taking calls or responsibility. Key is headquartered in Cleveland....once I found that out it all made sense. What an awful experience at such a critical time. My business NEEDS ALL THE HELP IT CAN GET!! Any these guys just straight up failed and are like, 'ya, don't know what to say?'...I'm saying BY!!! MF'er SSTAY AWAY FROM KEY!!! They've consistently been a bad bank to deal with since taking over first Niagara. Switching to a smaller regional bank.

KeyBank is the only bank I know of that doesn't give your paycheck early when your payday falls on a holiday.It's the little things that matter...Edit; the thing is several other banks release their direct deposits at least one day early when payday falls on a banking holiday, so you're not being 100% honest.

The bank in general is awful. Ridiculous hours and horrible location. Slowest bank I’ve ever had to release funds. (I’ve had Huntington, Pnc and Citizens) Doesn’t offer an online dispute option. Why should I have to go out of my way to call you, then wait 10 days for a provisional credit? Pnc offers immediate online dispute and provisional credit. A minimum of EIGHT transactions per month to avoid fees. The younger male representative at this location couldn’t answer any simple questions about their accounts. How on earth he got hired is a mystery.

This bank is all about taking money from their customers. Was in the hospital with my child for a week. Account went negative. Sent someone in to deposit money to make it right and they asked if there would be any more fees coming out. He was assured there would not be. Next day 3 feed from 2 days prior. I called manager on a Friday who said he would speak to district manager regarding a refund. He never called me back. Couldn’t get ahold of him again until Tuesday which was days later and many more fees. I was basically told “Sorry, can’t help you.” This was a bank error and should be made right. I shouldn’t be punished because an employee gave wrong information. Single mom who lost her job and child in hospital, I provided proof, and they could care less. Will be closing my account. This bank is done stealing from me.

I opened a new account online, went to branch (9/29 11AM) to inquire about account, took copy of ID to confirm my account, make deposit, checkbook etc. girls at counter ( not going to name), very rude, no smile, gave me wrong info, I showed her letter from bank, seemed very annoyed and took letter to manager, came back and told me that she is going to take document, as if she is doing me favor!!Asked her switching to different account, she said it’s not permitted, I told her it’s wrong info and to check again, made a face but checked anyway and told me yes it can be done. However, very demeaning and sarcastic asked me to do it online.Bottom line, they lost a new customer and closing my account. Don’t need this hassle. I have multiple accounts in different banks, so far this is worst in customer service. May be it’s just that branch.When we use bank, it’s favor to them, not to us! Key bank should have better quality training.2 stars as they were not busy so easy to get in and out (go figure)

I’m not sure why everyone hates this Key, but I assume it’s because people don’t like change. I used them to order Euros for my trip to Italy and my experience was fantastic. I thought the women working in the branch were very helpful and polite!
