Christine and Wendy at the Cranberry Township. Sephora were incredibly helpful in helping me select the proper shade of make up as well as helping me log onto to get my proper rewards.

Cashier was extremely rude, said I have to use a Kohls credit card to get extra 20% off! Sale signs are misleading! Walked out she was so rude and did not make my purchase! I don’t want your credit card!!! Went home and made my purchase online. Cashier lied, YOU DO NOT have to use a Kohls credit card to get 20% off. Train your people! I can see why this company is in financial trouble!

Walked in ...first time in awhile. I'm 78 and it was difficult standing all the while and shop. Painfully and under duress. Hav e the $ yet I was very miserable. Could not find a place to rest my legs. After I found what I needed I went to check.out and there was a long line. I saw people set merchandise down and leave. There were only 2 clerks who were doing great. Again I could not wait to get out Nd sit on the bench out front. I would have shopped more but I w as miserable.
