Not only does this place struggle to ring up items properly (might as well always use self checkout) but they act in bad faith to their customers. What is the sense in shorting people on a 1/4 inch of 2x4 You work here you should be embarrassed.

Unfortunately I have been left with no other option, DO NOT hire Lowe’s for installation! It has been 2 almost 3 months since a flood caused by a clear case of not installing our washer correctly and they, Maersk and their third party installer has done nothing to resolve aside from sending us a letter notifying it us not covered under their policy. Thousands of dollars of damage in my home a flood from first floor to basement, Lowe’s not taking responsibility

I met 3 very helpful, friendly employees at this store on 11/28/23. Chuck was in the Christmas section, another young man (I didn't see his name tag) in the lightbulb aisle, and another young man at the self - checkout who offered to help. In this current era of reduced staffing, it was so encouraging and time-saving for me.

I had to take a minute to give this review ?Wonderful experience & so helpful today with a fridge & microwave purchase from Matt.And to Grace & Ginger who helped me with a Christmas tree I wanted for my store fronts.I am not typically a Lowe’s shopper but randomly went in to look at just trees and because of the courtesy given to being helpful I ended up leaving with a few big items.Best customer service in a long time ?

I ordered a bunch of lumber for my company by pro services from Heather she ordered all my lumber in treated lumber even though I told her untreated white, so of course we got the wrong stuff and they sent us the treated stuff. They dropped it off but our shelves could not hold it so we tried to returning it. I called back again and got Heather again or another female and told us that we would get same day delivery of the right stuff in the wrong stuff taken back. After hours of no response from Lowe's I called back just to find out after being told the right stuff was being delivered by Chris or Brian that they can't do same day delivery. So another disappointment. They told us the soonest convenience would be Saturday after being told it was going to be taken care of same day. So Saturday comes around still no calls from a delivery. Nobody came. Nobody called. So I call again just to find out that somebody messed up that and it was set for Monday when we have a truck coming in Monday even though I told them that Monday would not work and they told me Saturday would. So I call back again on Monday and now told that I was not prioritized first after these four mistakes that they messed up another delivery other than mine and had to go to Southside first to deliver something and I still have all this lumber in my warehouse that I can't use for anything. Just to be told that I was prioritized after another mess up they made for someone else. Obviously the management here is not good enough for a large corporation to handle. I will not be using Lowe's ever again for my company to order lumber or anything else ever again. I really hope corporate looks into this as I will be calling them as well just for them to say I'm sorry to hear that. These people Kathy, Brian, Chris and Heather need to be trained more properly and how to pertain to the customers needs as well as when deliveries should be set and delivered and how to fix mistakes.

Very little employee help. Someone finally pointed but product not there. Self checkout. Employee there busy talking to another employee. Finally asked if I needed help and found what I was looking for. Too late. I was out.

Don't understand the the good review for the door department?? Tried to buy a almost 400 dollar storm door and the guy was a j**** I called him three times trying to get information. He was supposed to call me back the last time but totally blew me off! I went to Monaca Lowes where Erin surprisingly is a really good expert on doors. Bought a door from there and have two more 450 dollar doors to get. After this episode I wouldn't even buy a lighter here!! Hey owner!! My hard earned money spends anywhere! George is a joke!

My wife and I called about renting a truck from this location and the staff confirmed that there was a truck available and that they would hang onto it for us. After driving 40 minutes to this location to pick up, they told us that we couldn't rent it because the truck needed to be inspected.Now I understand that sometimes unfortunate events arise, but their was an absolute lack customer care during this situation. Not only did they just flat out lie to us that we would be able to rent a truck that morning, but they frankly just didn't seem to care they we drove all that way for nothing (Took time off our work schedules, etc.).I too work in customer service and I was incredibly surprised they didn't give us a gift card or something to remedy their mistake. All in all, the fact that they just didn't care at all about a mistake they made led to this review.

George in the door department was so helpful in finding exactly what we needed. We kept getting quotes that were super high and did not make sense based on what we wanted. He took the time to price out multiple options and going us a great deal. I really appreciate the time and effort. Excellent service!!!

I don’t normally post reviews, but jeez the customer service at this location is horrible and management doesn’t appear to care. Refused to price match Ace’s Hardware a couple miles away (“it’s not local”) and generally uninformed of their own corporate policies. Emailed the general manager and never got a response.Tried to have them do a price adjustment on a dishwasher and was flatly told I only had 48 hours to do so. When informed that wasn’t the case when purchased with a Lowe’s card (30 days) - was still refused and was told her manager wasn’t available. Called another store, and they did it without any problem. What a joke.

Lowe’s is awesome! So many things to buy there it’s insane! Every time I go to that store I end up spending too much time there bc there are so many kool things to check out. But as far as buying basic hardware tools or supplies, they’ll have pretty much everything you’d want or need.They also sell paint and painting supplies. Since I am a painter and own a painting company. I do go there a lot for that specific reason. The prices are good, the people are friendly and very helpful, and they always have what I’m looking for.The only thing I wish they did sell more of would be car related equipment and parts. That part of the store is limited. I believe they do have some stuff for cars, such as oil and windshield washer fluid. But if you need any actual car parts you will not find them there.Other than that, they have everything else you could ever want or need for home projects or if you are a contractor or painter or any type of professional. You are sure to find what you need and not have to pay an arm and a leg for it. ???? Two thumbs up!!
