When I went there, the CRNP and the nurse both were chit chatting and didn’t notice I was waiting. When the nurse took me to the CRNP, they started complaining about how insurance companies are and the CRNP was sitting there and yawning in front of me. She was least interested to treat my ear wax or help me out. At last, when she didn’t fix my issue and I was suggesting her to may be use debrox to get my ear wax out, she said there is another patient waiting at the lobby and she literally said my ear canal was the problem the wax wasn’t coming out. This is not how a provider should work. To add on, the charges for their services are more than my PCP’s. I am never going back to minute clinics ever.

First time using a MinuteClinic, I was able to book an appointment online a few hours out and easily complete all paperwork prior. The doctor took me back 5 minutes early and started diagnosing me while a nurse took my vitals. The doctor on staff was equally as good as my PCP, very friendly, very thorough, I left quite confident in her proposed diagnosis and treatment. Cost me right around what I'd pay at my PCP, would definitely recommend.

This place is a joke and just there to collect insurance billing and copays. Never actually do anything to treat problems. Go see real doctors instead

CVS over-books their doctors and nurses in the name of maximizing profit which leads to useless appointment times and over worked staff. The people working here are trying their hardest but the CVS corporation allows for way too many appointments to be booked online and it hurts the patients, the nurses, and the doctors while the executives profit.

I took my 10 year old son to the Minute Clinic to be evaluated for a sore throat. While there he had an episode of syncope and was in and out, cold and turning blue. Kelly and her trainee were wonderful. They had to call an ambulance to transport my son to the hospital, the ambulance took a really long time to arrive. They stayed calm and helped keep me calm during some very scary moments.

This is advertised as a walk in clinic. It is not. I went into this clinic as it opened. No other patients were there. I was told to register since I didn't have an appointment. There was nothing available all day. They schedule appointments every 5 minutes. The NP said she had 30appointments scheduled. Although I was there now for over 15 minutes with no other patients waiting she did not offer to look at me. Don't come here if you wake up sick and need to have someone treat you. It is not as advertised.

I don’t want to be a karen… but the last visit I had here was not enjoyable. I was in the ER for 5 hours one night. As I was being discharged they told me if I get worse I should see my PCP immediately. The next day I woke up and was feeling worse than ever. My PCP was closed on the weekend, so I figured I could see an Urgent Care Doctor. I went in and the doctor proceeded to scold me for 10 minutes about how inappropriate it was for me to be there after leaving the ER. She didn’t understand that I was told if I got worse, I need to see a doctor. She canceled my appointment and I left in tears.

Used to be able to walk in now you must make an appointment. Couldn't get an appointment for 2 days. I'm sick now and need help now not days later. Will not be returning I can see my doctor in a couple of days and just make an appointment with him

Great experience here, make an appointment in advance to save time, they might not accept without an appointment.

Worst possible healthcare facility!!! If you want to talk to someone afterwards be prepared for a game of chance if you even get anyone after waiting 45 minutes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. My husband and I have gone for infections, flu etc. and the won't prescribe medicine. I had to go elsewhere because after waiting more than a day and still not getting the results I was in so much pain and needed antibiotics.
