Next door neighbor very noisy at in the morning and 10pm at night running up steps and slamming there door my mom lives here and they are next to her. Every time I'm there they slamming door and running up and down steps I am only at my moms when I have appointments in cranberry but they are terrible

Edited on Oct 31, 2022. After living here for approximately sixteen months, I still LOVE living in this area. The new manager named Lauren is wonderful!!! I have to mention that the maintenance guys that does the repairs around this complex are great too. The neighbors are super friendly. This is a quiet area. I've never seen any "neighbor drama" in this area the entire time, compared to my previous rentals at other rental places. If you see an opening for a townhouse here, I highly recommend living here especially if you have children. Old Towne still gets a six stars out of five stars from me!Only if I could give an extra star to make it 6/5 to show the appreciation of the job Lori did. Lori was helpful, informative, and patient. I felt it was important to point this out, since I am Deaf she went the extra step of writing down on paper and pen while we went on a tour of a townhouse, then again when we were doing the lease paper work. I truly appreciate what Lori did because it made things move smoothly. Lastly, I have only lived here for almost two weeks and already feel at home with the nice neighbors. I enjoy neighbors who wave and many of them do that here! I also feel safe with the neighborhood for my children, people respect the speed limits, etc. BONUS: while we are minutes away from a busy Cranberry business road, we are also minutes away from the country and farms, where you get awesome sweet corn, honey and all the great things farmers grow!!

Just moved into Old Towne Rentals. The people at the leasing office are so nice and respond quickly when you contact them. They're reasonably priced, especially for the Cranberry area, and the units are a great size.

I’ve lived in the apartment for a few weeks now. Very clean and nice. The property manager is very friendly and hands on. Overall this has been a great place to live.

I just moved here from out of state. Because of Covid most of this rental experience has been done online, so it was a bit concerning. I had to rely on seeing the apartment virtually. Lori handled the rental experience with great kindness and professionalism. When I did finally move in there were a few glitches, but were handled immediately by the great maintenance staff.....even over the weekend. So far the neighborhood is great and close to everything.

I love living in Olde town the owners are wonderful and maintenance is so efficient!The places are kept up and they keep drama away!! I feel safe living here and my home is lovely!

We recently moved in to Old Towne Rentals from out of state. The office staff could not have been more helpful and friendly to complete the application and move in process via phone, mail, and email. The townhouse was very clean upon move in. The area is residential and while very convenient to the amenities of Cranberry, it is also away from the hustle and bustle of the busy roads like 19 and 228.

Overall great experience! The community is very quiet, well kept and maintained, located just off 19. Our apartment came with nice appliances and new carpet. All the managers we have been in contact with have been very nice and responsive. We love living here!

I lived at Old Towne when I was a kid for a few years. When my boyfriend and I were looking for a place to rent in Cranberry Twp, I immediately remembered Old Towne. My mom said the rent for a two bedroom town home is amazing, and it absolutely is still amazing! I worked with Lori to find our town home and she is very helpful and super nice! You can't beat the price for rent and you get a two bedroom town home with either a huge basement or a garage. The town homes are very clean and spacious, they deep clean the town home before you move in! Also, the location is great! You can easily access 79 and the Turnpike as well as easy access to major stores and restaurants. This is a great location for access, but the complex is tucked away off Rowan Road and it's a quiet neighborhood. Definitely give them a call!

My husband and I lived at Old Towne for 1.5 years and would've lived there longer but moved out of state. We really enjoyed our experience there! Great location and a friendly and quiet neighborhood. The town homes are very clean, nice, and reasonably priced. The office staff is so friendly and are very attentive to whatever needs you may have. We only had one or two maintenance requests but they were taken care of quickly and they always notified you before they entered your apartment. The only thing we didn't like were the laundry facilities. They provide hookups in the town homes, but if you didn't have your own washer/dryer, the ones they had in their laundry room were older and the dryers didn't work well. Overall, we loved living here and would absolutely recommend this rental company!
