Wonderful experience today, notably with Michael! Another young lady was also welcoming and both treated me with professionalism, respect and kindness when I needed a “check engine light” checked. MIchael was able to quickly test with a monitor for free. Turned out the code came up saying it was just an oxygen sensor reading which allowed me to safely continue driving. That was such a relief since it was a Sunday and most other places are closed.I highly recommend and will turn to this place for future needs.

Late at night they were more than willing to have me stop by and stay in my car while the ran a test onmy altanater .It passed and I will forever be grateful.

I stopped by this location to get touch-up paint for my 2006 Buick LeSabre. I took a photo of the car and requested help finding the best match. The young person who helped me did an exemplary job. The paint is virtually an exact match. My unaided color sense has never been up to this task. The reason this mattered so much to me is the LeSabre only has 41,877 miles on it.Then, I somehow dropped my wallet in the parking lot unknowingly and left. I called the store. They remembered me, and they retrieved and returned my wallet!If all that is not exemplary customer service, I do not know what would be!

I placed an order online. It was to be ready within an hour, and i was to get an e-mail at the time my order was ready to be picked up. I live approximately 30 minutes away, so I headed out shortly after ordering and stopped on the way to get my daughter ice cream figuring the order would be ready by the time we were done and got there. At an hour and 15 minutes, I still didn't receive a pick up e-mail, so I called, and the employee that answered was not aware of my order and said he didn't receive a notification. He then quickly checked and got my order together. I walked in 5 minutes later, was handed my parts, and everything was correct to my order. The employee apologized for my wait, although I really didn't have much of a wait besides pulling off the road and calling when I was about 5 minutes away. Considering it was the only parts store in 25 miles that had 2 sets of caliper slide pins for a Sentra in stock and it only took an extra few minutes to make a phone call my experience was overall a good one but could have been better if the stores order system was a little more robust. Maybe O'Reilly should speak to their employees to improve the online ordering system.

Mike was so amazing! He helped me find hard to find parts not just once but twice in a weeks time. They were quick to get them transferred into their location. Extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Stopped by to get a new turn signal bulb and was helped without hesitation. I forgot the workers name, but very helpful and went above and beyond. Thanks for the help and making my day just that much easier.

John and Mike are the best! They were so nice and so helpful and it would be the only place around I would think of for any auto part needs!!!. We needed last minute wiper blades for a longer drive in the rain. They were about to close and they helped me and even put them on the car. They were lifesavers. In an era where some places don’t care about customer service, I am so thankful when I come across the exact opposite. I would highly recommend O’Reilly Cranberry. They are top notch!!!

I recently went to O'Reilly's after NAPA mad me upset. I checked online for a part at NAPA and confirmed they had it. When I arrived the man behind the counter told me the website was wrong and the only part they had was more expensive. I left on principle.I went to O'Reilly and told the manager what I needed and what happened at NAPA. Not only was he super friendly, a stark contrast to the employee at the other store, he offered me a small discount! That was not at all necessary but from now on when doing auto repair my first thought for parts will be O'Reilly.

I always go to O'Reilly Auto. I'm not very knowledgeable with cars but I know a little and the gentleman there are always nice to help me. Some services they would do for free and I must say it's quite helpful when it's something I don't know.

John and Mark were lifesavers for me. John jump started my car so I could get home. The next day both John and Mark got the new battery in. I am forever grateful.
