Husband and I just wanted a relaxing massage. We did not want to be “rearranged”. Both of us are extremely sore after our massages this morning.

It is very hard to get relaxed while you wait because you wait in the waiting room with people going in and out and talking loudly. I am also breastfeeding and during my massage my chest started to burn and the staff just said I don’t know and did nothing to help. I ended up in a plank position to help some with the pain. It was not relaxing. I would not recommend this place.

My experience here was extraordinary. Nick is a fabulous masseuse, who is clearly knowledgeable and takes time to listen. This past month has been extremely difficult for me personally; when I explained all that had happened, he simply stated, "You need stress reduction." He couldn't have been more correct. Truly, this was the best massage I have ever had. I look forward to working with him again. He is awesome!

Booked a massage (My first one) Went for my appt at 7:00 Arrived early about 6:45 to fill paperwork out.Didn't go back to the room until 7:11? and then had to get undressed and wait for the therapist to come in. So I didn't get massaged until approx 7:20.My massage ended at 8:00.I paid for a whole hour massage and didn't get that.My therapist was GREAT!Was not thrilled with the price and time of the massage though.I made sure I got there early to avoid that.

I recently visited hand and stone and the masseuse did a fantastic job. She was wonderful. However, the entire massage was rushed. I arrived about 5 minutes early (thankfully) and was given paperwork to fill out because I was a new customer. This paperwork, unbeknownst to me was taking up the time of my massage. By the time I got to my massage, I would say I maybe received a 40 minute massage out of what should have been an hour. It was probably less. Also, I purchased the foot treatment for $20.00. I thought it would add a little time to the massage or be something a worth $20.00. But, it was the regular portion of the foot massage, just adding a salt scrub and a different scented lotion. I would not recommend this service. Also, arrive quite early if it’s your first time going for the paperwork.

Just had the best massage and facial at Hand and Stone Cranberry. I will definitely be going back for the wonderful atmosphere and great work from my massage therapist. I feel so much better! I’m so glad my best friend got me a gift card to this place I will definitely be a regular!

Their gift card practices are really geared at taking advantage of people. My wife surprised me with a gift of a 1 hour massage and she added the tip ahead for a total value of around $137. Since it is labeled as a gift card, you would expect it to work like any other gift card where the total value is accounted for. When I made my appointment I was confirmed for the INTRODUCTORY massage which was $70. I've never been here before, so it seemed like a reasonable thing to do.The massage itself was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Despite asking for a "quiet" session, my massage therapist talked most of the time. It that wasn't a huge deal.Upon checking out they charged me the full amount of the gift card and included the tip despite me giving the therapist a $20 cash tip. So in all, the massage cost me almost $169 which is ridiculous. Had I known, I would have just paid the cash rate to not waste the value of the gift card as they restrict it. Instead the card was charged before even coming out to the lobby and apparently nothing to do.I reached out after the fact, and clearly they think this is a reasonable policy. I don't mind over-tipping, but I would encourage you to avoid gift cards if you've never been here before.Oh, and they will make you wait around trying to buy a monthly membership afterwards. So I definitely won't be back.

I’ve been going here for facials for years, recently did a cryo facial series and it was amazing! I’ve been to several estheticians here and they are all fabulous! The front desk girls are all so sweet and make sure I’m always taken care of. Highly recommend

Just had the best experience at Hand & Stone Cranberry. I’ve been in a lot of pain from workouts and recently having a baby, and needed a GOOD deep tissue massage. Tyler was amazing and explained everything to me as he worked through my painful areas, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere and receptionists were very calm and pleasant as well. I’ll be booking again early in the New Year! Thank you!!

Was an amazing experience. Was inviting as soon as I walked in the door. Down to the receptionists. Jenn and Casey K who took care of me. Jenn gave me an hour massage. Casey K gave me a facial. Was not disappointed! A great fun and relaxing day.

I don’t live in the area, I was traveling and had lower back pain. I got an appointment quick but unfortunately it was not great. More talking than relaxing and my requested focus area wasn’t addressed. The in room “panic button” on the table was also very strange. But everyone there was very nice.

Hand and Stone Cranberry always takes care of me and treats me with professionalism. I like deep tissue (make it hurt so good!) and they have several MTs that do a great job! The manager Sam is also the best manager ever! Highly recommend!
