Waited what was supposed to be 6 weeks turned into 12 weeks for jacuzzi, then when delivered it showed up with wrong cover that sinks in the water while contaminating it. Been going on another 3 weeks with no fitting cover yet. Had to buy a gazebo type deal to cover the spa from my neighbors leaves. The so called cover lift that was installed has now been removed because the guy over tightened the screws putting it together and snapped a couple screw heads off. Doesn't work anyways because I never got the proper cover for the spa. Partial holes drilled into the seats of the inside of the spa. Emailed the salesman with no response to that. Sent photos. Emailed the salesman about a cover which is required per local ordinance and he said he's looking into it. Bought a filter at the store for $54 and got a 2 pk of the same filter from the same company online for $40. It's really a shame you spend $6k of your hard worked money and get this kinda BS.

I went to pool city to get some furniture for my covered porch and was lucky enough to get Chuck Marburger as my sales person. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and helped me find the perfect furniture for my new house. He ensured I was getting the best deals and personally made sure any complications with my order were handled quickly and personally. Even after Chuck's job was done and my sale was finalized, he continued to check in with me to make sure I was happy with everything regarding my purchase. Pool City Cranberry is very lucky to have Chuck and I would highly recommend pool city and Chuck Marburger to my family and friends.

Recently worked with Chuck Marburger in Cranberry and had an extremely positive experience purchasing furniture. Chuck was kind, knowledgeable, and responsive from beginning to end. Chuck's coworkers in the Cranberry store were also very helpful. The delivery experience (including scheduling) was seamless and we are delighted with our new pieces. We would gladly do more business with Pool City in the future.

Worked with Chuck Marburger and had an outstanding experience! Chuck was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and made many recommendations and explanations that were quite helpful and resulted in our feeling we made a great decision. Also helped us get a good deal. Plus he was just a nice, engaging guy. We would certainly seek him out for future needs.

If you want a no pressure consultation about buying a hot tub stop in and see Chuck M in Cranberry. He is down to earth, no pressure, very informative, friendly and helps you to meet your needs. We walked in wanting one thing and we walked out with something more suitable. When he tells you to get in and sit in the hot tub, get in. It totally changed our mind. Thanks Chuck truly appreciate your honesty.

I am so glad we went to Pool City in Cranberry and were greeted by Chuck Marburger. He was so patient and helpful to us in deciding what patio dining set to buy and gave us a reasonable price. It was delivered and set up at no charge the other day and we could not be more delighted. Thank you Chuck and Pool City!

We had our hot tub delivered today, and while I cant comment on the quality or the tub itself, I can share my disappointment with the delivery. I returned home today to find a pile of packaging in my driveway and my wife told me that the delivery people do not take the packaging. Really, its my job to dispose of this? I called and the person who answered the phone said this is normal, and they "usually bundle it for you to dispose of". No apology, no explanation. That's bad business.....period.

The customer service is atrocious. Our experiences with them for 17 years has been more miss than hit. We got our pool after purchasing our home. We ordered it, it arrived, we called for an install date and didn't get one. it sat in the garage for 3 months before finally my husband called them to come get it. they installed about 2 weeks later. The salesmen are great except they don't tell you everything. A week ago we dropped a lot of money there. We were told we could return an item before 90 days, he did not tell us to not use the product. We used it and it does not suit our needs. We were told today that they might can give us another product but that is all they will do. This is just one of many experiences we have had with them. Shame on us. We will not be returning!!!!

Completely unhelpful. Will sell older products without full disclosure. Unwilling to help answer even the most basic questions. What you save by getting it at a discount price, you’ll ending up paying 10x in the long run.
