Take my Dad here for bloodwork every few months after his Dr appointment at the UPMC clinic down the street. We never have an appointment but always get in pretty quick or no wait at all. In and out fast, what more can you ask for?

My daughter felt pain all the way to the thumb while having bloodwork done. The person who drew the blood didn’t take the needle out . She laughed and said, it’s okay. It’s just your nerve. My child went for blood work during her college break to get bloodwork done for her autoimmune disease came back from Quest Diagnostics in Cranberry Township with damaged nerve. Any college student , right hand is important and she can’t use it. She went to Doctor today(6 days) who told us the lady should have take. Out the needle right way rather then letting the nerve be hit till the bloodwork is done .Now, she is referred to Sports medicine specialist. Thanks Quest Diagnostics. Now , I am concerned for her autoimmune disease and her nerve damage to her thumb.

Poor management. Never recommend this for any employment or drug screening. They don't care even if you have appointment or no. On appointment time also they will let you wait few hours and then they will say come tomorrow .

Worst place and wast of time, the kiosk in front will show you some QR code to scan and make appointment, after filling all the details it will redirect to some another site and you will be still clueless what to do.
Another option is to call a number to book an appointment, is even more worst. Like it don’t know some test are not available after 2:30pm and that stupid dumb automated call will keep you busy saying next available option. Really worst and frustrating

Quest is so easy and convenient. Highly recommend. My lab results were done in 24 hours.

They cancelled the last three appointments, two of which were reschedules from previous cancellations by them. Two months of scheduling & rescheduling, etc. They cancel last minute too. Horrible experience.

Quest in Cranberry Twp is always fast and efficient. I scheduled on line and received a text for check in. I checked in from the link in the text when I arrived. I was called back within 1 minute and was in and out in under 10 minutes.
