Giving a 3 because they were very nice and the nail art was what I wanted. However the top coat discolored my nails and you could see in spots where it was missing. So my gel nails chipped around the edges of a few nails not even 3 days after my fill. Now a week later I have two nails lifting.

Every time I've tried to schedule an appointment, they're either fully booked or "busy." When I did manage to book one and called to confirm—since my last appointment fell through as no one was available—they told me, "I'm sorry, we don’t have that time available, you can come in later." No, I'm not asking to reschedule; I'm just calling to confirm the appointment I already made… guess I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I have been coming to Helen at Regal Nails for 2 years & she never disappoints. She takes her time & is very attentive & makes sure you like your nails. 10/10 recommend!

Helen is the best- she is consistent, quick and extremely detail-oriented. My daughter requests very specific hand-painted designs and Helen delivers 100% of the time. Prices are reasonable. She's the best in the area and wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

Horrible!!! I've had appts and still had to wait an hour or two because they took 3 walk ins and didn't care about my appt. This time I called to make an appt and got told they were busy every day for two weeks lol. They just didn't want to do only a manicure. They want to charge you the most they can amd give you gel or acrylic!! I would definitely go somewhere else. This is right in cranberry walmart! Horrible customer service!!!!
