Love frequenting this location as the store is always clean and well-stocked with products. I always find pleasant associates and pharmacy staff when we interact. The drive through for pharmacy pickups, online scheduling for in-store vaccinations, and great selection of products are very convenient as well.

Pharmacist was super pleasant and had our urgent care prescription filled so quickly - despite the fact that my daughter had never filled prescriptions there before. Great customer service- thank you!

I came to pick up my prescriptions knowing some needed refill approvals. Only one prescription was ready, so I asked only one? The pharmacy tech who waited on me insisted the rest needed approval. Which I knew wasn't the case but because of her rude attitude I didn't want to argue. Soon after I get text messages 3 prescriptions are ready 10 minutes before they're about to close. I'm now in New Jersey, and then Portugal tomorrow. I called and left a message to Cranberry to see if they could transfer it to New Jersey, but no call back received. Hopefully my first trip to Europe goes okay without my meds.

They advertise walk in flu shots but that's a myth. Cranky staff will straighten you right out at this location.

Called today to see if they carried a product I was searching for. Lynn answered the phone. I asked about the item and she said I don’t know- hesitated- then said let me check. Came back in couple minutes later and said NO. Felt like I was bothering her. Customer service and friendliness was below par. Glad I don’t frequent this store. I will stick with the one in Seven Fields where customer service is over and beyond.

Love this store BUT please note that pharmacy is not open at 8:00 a.m. Monday - Friday. Store opens at 8:00 a.m., pharmacy opens 9:00 a.m. Monday - Friday.

Absolutely the best service by everyone at the Cranberry RiteAid. Austin saw us on Sunday for flu shots. Quick in/out and the paperwork was printed and ready for us.

The assistant at the window is NEVER HAPPY! Every time I have come here she treats people like we are just plain annoying and stupid. My teenager doesn’t give me this much attitude just for existing. I feel very sorry that she is so miserable. Stay away from this pharmacy if you can, if you can’t then be prepared!

My daughter needed a medication filled and could not get a hold of the pharmacy. I advised her to just go to the pharmacy and ask them to fill it in person as she was leaving for college the next day and need to have the medication. The pharmacist was extremely rude as asked my daughter “don’t you know the phones are down?!?!” and my daughter replied politely “yes, that is why I’m here can you please help me?” The pharmacist proceeded to give her an attitude for asking her to do her job. To fill a medication. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid unpleasant and rude interactions.

The pharmacist needs coached on customer service, multitasking and prioritization. Received notification a prescription was ready. Went to pick it up and told I had another 6 days. No big deal, I was ok and happy to return. Went back 10 days after the fill date. Not ready and told it would be an hour. Decided to go in and kindly ask if I waited, would they be able to fill it any sooner... I was told "No. It will be an hr. We just opened and have things to do." Said "there are others waiting and ahead of me." I said I did not see anyone waiting. Was told they were shopping. My daughter and I were the only ones in the store.....I wouldnt cared if it wasn't a medicine I absolutely need to take to get through the day. Or if they were visibly busy. Wouldn't have minded if they were even empathetic in their response. The tone of the response made me feel I was putting them out.I also know first hand and through immediate family in the pharmaceutical indusrty that prescriptions can be filled in 15mins...I asked for my prescription history and said I would be transferring my medicine.

So I called in to see if a perception of mine was ready to be filled to which I was told yes. Drove there drop my perception off only to get a notification that it’s not eligible for another 2 days. So I wait two days, go threw the drive threw at 9am. Only to be told at 906am we’ll be with you in a minute. For them to serve me at 910am and tell me they hadn’t filled my script it’s gonna be about twenty minutes. They are 100% unprofessional if you ask me, I’d advise going elsewhere unless your desperate or have a lot of time to kill!

Store is clean and stocked as it should be, but pharmacy is disorganized and not easy to work with.
