FURTHER UPDATE: Upgrading to five stars. Kate explained to me that there was an issue and she didn’t receive my messages, and she was very apologetic. She and the mechanic I talked to were polite, courteous, and helpful. I’m pleased to have found this service team!UPDATE: I heard back from the dealership a few days after leaving this review, and finally have an appointment scheduled. I'm happy to have the appointment, but disappointed it took a Google review to make that happen. Will update accordingly.I’ve been trying to get my Alfa serviced, and despite making 2 appointments using their online system and calling several times, I cannot confirm an appt.The first time I called, I tried to confirm an appt I’d made online, and Kate said the appointment wasn’t in the system and transferred my call to someone else to make a new one. The call went to voicemail, and I got no return. A couple days later, I called again and asked for the service department. That call went straight to Kate’s voicemail where I left another message, and haven’t gotten a return. I made another request for an appointment on the online system, and still haven’t heard from anyone.It seems like this service department and Kate get great reviews here, so I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to simply make an appointment. At the very least, a call back would help.

The last time I purchased a car(which was from a dealership in ohio) was a pretty bad experience, so honestly I was dreading doing the process again! However the folks at this place made it so easy. I worked with 3 different people here and each were so kind and didn't overly pressure me and hassle like alot of salesman do. They wanted me to make the best decision for myself. The manager was super nice too, he came out and personally introduced himself and thanked us for our business. All in all it was a positive experience and I would recommend this place. A few weeks later and I'm absolutely loving my new car!

Recently bought a new Alfa Romeo Guilia Volce after totaling my old Guilia hitting a deer. DQ the sales person, Dan the sales manager, and Jackie the financial personall made it a seamless event and were professional throughout the entire process. I love my new car .Thanks Ron Lewis

Car was completed as quoted; surprised to get 3% add for credit card on 1300$ bill and very surprised and disappointed that the right front tire showed 10psi of air when the “check-up” revealed nothingHowever with an Alfa one has little choice in service

I own a 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio.My vehicle was not purchased from this dealership.The only comment I can make is the service department has excellent personnel.Very timely and very courteous.

We were traveling across the state on our honeymoon when our Jeep started having significant mechanical issues. We pulled in to Ron Lewis for help. They presented us with a couple different options to help us get back on the round for our honeymoon as quick as possible. Ultimately we decided to purchase a new vehicle. They recognized the pinch we were in and worked with us and we felt we were their top priority. A HUGE thank you to Jon, Leeia, and Jackie for getting us back on the road quickly. We finished out our honeymoon with a great trip with our new truck!

I will start off by saying I will NEVER purchase a car or take any of my vehicles to Ron Lewis for service. I will also recommend this to my family and friends as well. To start off with I purchased a used truck from Ron Lewis back in March as well as purchased an extended warranty just to be covered. A day after purchasing the truck I discovered the washer fluid tank had a crack and would not hold any fluid, I called the dealership and was told to bring it in. They also confirmed the crack and told me it would be $125 to replace I spoke with management, and they waved it after some back and forth. Fast forward 4 months and getting back from a trip I noticed that there was a fluid on the driver’s side control arm and there was a noise while making turns. I called the dealership Ron Lewis Beaver Falls now Dehil Bever Falls, and they could not get it in for 2 weeks and could not give me a loner, so I was without a vehicle. When the vehicle did get checked over and I was given a list of issues, The trans cooler lines were leaking, the front differential was leaking, the steering rack was compromised and needed replaced, and the front needed an alignment. I would like to know how a vehicle that got fully checked over prior to being placed for sale could have so many issues and this was all within 5 months of ownership and less than 6K miles since purchase. Luckily, I had the extended warranty to cover some of the charges but $1400 I still had to pay out of pocket. I called Ron Lewis in Cranberry as the Beaver Falls location is no more and was told they would cover ½ of the trans cooler lines $420 to be exact. Pick the vehicle up and notice that the noise is still there when turning so take it back and come to find out the passenger side ball joint is bad which is another $500 to get replaced. When I dropped off the repair papers for Ron Lewis in Cranberry to see what they owed me I asked how a vehicle could get through their 100+ point inspection with so many issues. The response was “I don’t know how it got through but you did buy a used vehicle so you should understand that it may need repairs.” I’m sorry I paid $38K for the vehicle and not even after 5 months of ownership the total for repairs was $5500. Like I said above I will NEVER do business with RON LEWIS AGAIN.

My husband and I were in need of a family car after having our daughter and we decided to try Ron Lewis Alfa Romeo since it’s so close to our home and they did not disappoint! We worked with Corey, not once but twice! He is so pleasant and great to work with! Our first time working with him, he got us into the most beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee and made the whole process to quick and easy for us. 2 months later, I was hit by someone who ran a red light and totaled our Jeep. We were so upset and we were back down to one vehicle. We decided to go see Corey again and he got us into another Jeep Grand Cherokee so quickly! The manager (I forgot his name ?) he was also extremely pleasant to work with and even got us a slightly lower payment than what we previously had.We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership and their team. Both times we were there, everyone we can across were extremely nice and personable. 12/10 recommend!!

Team and service is really good. Team is really helpful. I always see my mile range drop very significantly (100 to 35 miles) when I get my car back and I’m concerned a bit about how they drive the car when they have it.

Came in for a simple tire rotation. Pulled onto Rt.19 and my car pulled into the left lane. I went back and they tried again. Still couldn't get it. They told me I must have a bad tire and had to bring it back another day. I left and went to Shorkeys in the North Hills and they did a simple tire rotation.. perfect. I tried to call the Service Manager three times to see how to get my free rotation back that they deducted off of my jeep waive. No call backs.After a few months, i thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try again esp since it's so close to home. I went in today, explained what happened before. They told me it would take maybe an hour, they called me after about 3 hours. Go back, pull off the lot- car pulls to the left! U turn again! They say sorry, we don't know, we put your tires back the way we found them. I explained Shorkeys was able to do with no issue. They argued with me again and said, it must be a bad tire pull, but my tires weren't rotated. I asked if I could have my refund and the service guy again argued with me as he couldn't understand why I was entitled to a refund. After he finally understood the simple math concept he said, they will mail me a $25 check.I told him I'm sorry that I won't be able to give them my business anymore. If your technicians can't do a simple tire rotation, they shouldn't be working on cars. That simple. Again, they didn't care to look into the issue, try to solve it, or even listen. Their loss!The only good thing they do have going for them, is their sales guy Mark. He actually listens and cares about his customers....!

If anyone is on the market for a new/used vehicle I highly recommend Ron Lewis Cranberry. I’ve had some horrible car buying experiences elsewhere, this was the first dealership that made me feel like I was being taken care of. Everything is very clean cut and straight to the point with the human factor included. I could not be happier with my experience. If buying, ask for Nash! The easiest salesman to work with. Very knowledgeable and understanding of anyone’s situation!

Good service and service model - I always have the same advisor and she is great to work with. Prices are also reasonable and they're very clear about what they're doing, what they recommend doing, etc. I've had no trouble getting appointments and they've been able to provide a loaner when I plan the service in advance.

I just bought my first Alfa Romeo from Ron Lewis, the Giulia. It’s been a dream of mine since I was a child. Jim Widlicka was my Salesman and what a great job he did. I had many questions over a week long period as I was trying to make my final decision, Jim was patient, always got an answer for me, and easy to work with. A true Professional.
