Tried to make a purchase at the Sephora inside Kohls in Cranberry Twp, and was told by the manager on site Maddie (12/29/25) that they did not have the ability to look up my Sephora credit card. Said that they never were able to do that and they couldn’t possibly look it up any other way, only a kohls credit card. I know I’ve used my credit card by Sephora there before and the associates are able to look it up by SSN and a few pieces of info. They clearly didn’t want to help the issue or resolve anything and seemed very bothered by the interaction, so disappointed that management would rather let a customer walk out without anything than try to understand the situation. I walked out without purchasing anything and will not be returning, this Sephora and it’s staff are always disappointing and this was the final straw. Over $100 worth of merchandise will sit there now, I will go elsewhere from now on. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Nicole was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us as soon as we walked in. She spent over an hour with me and my sister asking us our budget, what products we needed and giving us the best recommendations. I have no clue how to do my makeup but she gave me the BEST tutorials for my sister’s upcoming wedding. The store was busy that day and she still took time to help us, greet other guests, and also ring up other guests. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you again Nicole!

They never once spoke to me as I was in the store (I was the only customer in the store at the time) but as soon as a white customer came in after me all 3 associates immediately greeted her and asked if she needed any help. At that moment I put all my items down and walked out. I don’t spend money where I’m not welcome!

I'm new to skincare/makeup, and this Sephora helped me so much. I learned so much and I felt really comfortable browsing. Clean, Great staff, and especially Brenna who helped me build a skincare routine. I highly recommend this location.

I stopped today to try & find a good foundation. I was approached by one of the sales associates who asked me if I needed any assistance. I sure did and Mack spent so much time with me trying to find the right color of foundation & also under eye concealer. I also wanted to look at a lipstick that I would not need a pencil & Mack suggested a lip stain. Found a nice fall color & love it. I will definitely go back to this Sephora & hope Mack will be working to assist me. I would highly recommend this location but more so the friendly & professional Mack. You are fortunate to have her on your team.

Very bad experience I was followed by their employees treated like I was going to steal something the entire time they were very ignorant towards me and my mom while we were just trying to look for clothes overall experience was horrible I would not recommend coming to this place

Took my daughter here on her birthday to use a gift card and claim her Sephora birthday gift. We were informed that they had been out of birthday gifts for months and had no idea when they would be back in stock. Just an FYI for any long term customers like us so that you don’t have the same experience at this location

My fiancé and I went in to this location to look at some products we wanted and walked around for 45 minutes and not a single worker said hello, but instead profiled us and watched our every move. Not a single smile or hello even after hearing we needed help. Any other location we’ve been to has gone above and beyond to help but this one has been the complete opposite. Terrible service.

The reviews you see online are super old dated the staff was super kind and helpful. They do take gift cards this changed about a year ago and Ashley and Kenzie are great!! Do yourself a favor and check them out 10/10

This is not a Sephora but a department under Kohl’s so everything is disconnected: can’t use Sephora gift card, can’t access Sephora reward, and customer “service” truly stands out from other legitimate Sephora stores.

The woman working was short and blond and accused me of trying to steal. She passive aggressively talked to me and followed me around the store! She was completely out of line. Awful experience and I will not be coming back!
