All I did was walk in the store with my receipt from my car wash purchase and I couldn't read the code so I asked the kid behind the counter if he could write it down because I have problems with my eyes he could not get what I was saying and he was rude on purpose never coming back to this store again I know you guys will not care about this post but I am posting it away I don't understand you choose to work here so don't come in with an attitude leave your job if you don't like it this happened sun morning around 4am jun 29 2025 all the employees are mad

It's very unfortunate you are a manager. A very sad manager indeed. I never had a manager ask me why I keep coming back if the service isn't correct. I honestly thought that it's your job to keep the customers happy and to keep us coming back for more. All I wanted at 7am was to get 2 hot dogs with cheese the price it says it would be on the app. When I said I wanted it for the price the app showed me, you looked at me in disbelief and said I'm the only one to complain about getting ripped off from the difference in prices on the kiosks from the app. I don't care I'm the only one to complain because it shouldn't matter. You should not be telling me to call corporate to fix the problem yinz are having that I continue to tell you about. I shouldn't have to go to a different sheet because you asked me why I keep coming back. The point is the prices should be the same on the kiosk and in the app If you're not using rewards. The prices should not be different and I should not be belittled or berated by some minion manager named Sarah. If it's so hard for you to help out customers or do your job then maybe you should not be in a customer service position let alone management. Get off your butt Sarah , Do your job the right way. Figure out your prices and attitude. Mike should be the manager of this store. Sarah is the rudest person I have ever encountered at that location.

Weird over wait gal working here was a hag had a supervisor tag. Said things that were untrue I don't recommend this location for this reason. A gentleman that worked there was kind I will say that.

Id give 0 if I could for the customer service I just received at 606am. Came in to load money on to my card. Cashier obviously didn't like me because she didn't even greet me and just stared at me when I said hello good morning! Then she seemed confused by my request and told me she knows how she just doesn't like doing it. Then told me she was the assistant manager. Absolutely unacceptable. As a district manager myself I would absolutely have her retrained and written up. Again absolute unacceptable.

My mozzarella sticks are always undercooked at this location. Not the the 3 butler sheetz or even the sheetz further down the road.

pretty good place, usually packed and the people drive crazy outside so you really have to be careful and some of the workers are slower than others but overall not bad

The car wash was amazing. Just like all car washes with your family, we had to pretend we were going to die. Also, during the air dryer part of the car wash, it sounded like an A-10 Thunderbolt II firing.

Do not come here for MTO sandwiches. Good fing lord. They don’t understand portions and items are forgotten all the time. (I.e., light olive oil and vinegar, and the wrap gets swamped on three separate occasions..then you ask them to remake it once it happens the third time bc you’re sick of it and then they forget the lettuce and give you high blood pressure with the amount of old bay they pour onto it)

Cheaper gas than the 7-11 & they let you use the bathroom at night. 👍👍👍👍👍
