My wife and I go here to pick up breakfast every Sunday before church. Today will be the last time we go.
For the past few weeks, everytime we order food it is ALWAYS wrong. They leave something off, they switch toppings between sandwiches, they put something on we didn’t ask for, etc. So, to change it up and see if it was just breakfast sandwiches they kept messing up, I order lunch today. I ordered hotdogs with ketchup, mustard, and cheese. No ketchup and mustard on any of them.
Their hospitality manager assured me “he’d look into the issue” but I’ve worked long enough to know that’s just the polite and bs way of saying “your food being wrong doesn’t matter to me and I could care less”
Will go to Ellwood Sheetz from here on out.

Staff is extremely friendly and generally the place is decently clean. If you have a half hour lunch do not attempt to get food here, I ordered a cold wrap and a small fry and it took 17 minutes to get and there was only two other orders in front of me.

Workers can't stop talking to each other long enough to do their jobs. 20 minute wait for a milkshake, 13 minutes of making just my drink. Couldn't stop talking to focus on doing her job.

Arrived at around 10:30pm on a Monday night. Over by the table and chairs outside there was a dead mouse. Also, no paper towels in either dispenser in the men’s room, so had to come out and use napkins. And finally, I found a pair of sharp scissors in the Toys section that were left by an employee. Glad I found them and not some child. I’ve been to many a Sheetz, and this location definitely needs a review after tonight.

Went here for lunch, wasnt to bad, standard sheetz, didnt get MTO aside from the usual MTGo Selection. The bathroom sadly had a mess through the stall. Mostly paper products, 3 rolls on the handle, seat paper covers everywhere.
Will still go here, just please make sure to check the bathrooms more?

This is like the EIGHTH time y’all have messed up my order in 3 months and that’s with a 1 month break in-between that I took because of the mistakes.
I mean seriously I pay FIVE DOLLARS for jalapeño poppers and I get chicken nuggets instead? Ridiculous I’m done getting MTO here.

Waited 10+ minutes in an empty store to buy beer, only for a lady to come out of the back after (what smelled like) smoking, not apologizing or anything. Never had a bad experience at a Sheetz before this

Stopped while up in Cranberry area. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and was super excited that they brought the pretzel roll BACK on the menu. (Even tho it says "new" ?) Sandwich was made to perfection and in about 5 minutes. Store is clean and workers there are friendly.

Last time I was here they were dry mopping the ceiling. Guess they got tired of cleaning the bathrooms and the rest of the store (they're that clean already)

Frequent here. Food is average, buts its close so I go. I’m a picky person. Staff is pretty good about catering to me. Even sometimes doing my order the way they know I want when I order it online and I’m not able to. Today I ordered fries and a sandwich. While I was paying, I watched the tall girl spill about half my order of uncooked fries from the freezer right on to the counter that I would prefer not to eat my food off of. I then gazed longingly hoping she wouldn’t put them in the fryer. She did. Put about half of them in the fryer while the other half fell back in the freezer. Take from this what you want. Gave two stars cause the staff is usually pretty nice and the guy at the front counter seems to always be busting his butt and being super polite to everyone. Place is also very dirty. Have seen multiple insects in the donut display as I wait for my food.
