Well I would have like to book an appointment. But you app SUCKS. Tried to book a haircut but when I signed in as Paul I got a welcome Paul. Then the app reverted back to Hello guest. Could not book anything. You lost a customer after my 4th try.

My review has 0 to do with the store it's about the check in process. I accidentally canceled my check in literally called the store 10 seconds later and was told there was 0 they could do. The wait was over 70 minutes at that point.
