While I hate the app and how wrong the estimated wait times are, I've gotten my haircut by Michelle H. twice now, she's great, knows what she's doing and takes care of the customer. She's great to talk to, kind and friendly, and does an awesome job cutting my hair so I'll definitely be returning specifically to this sport clips and specifically to have her cut my hair. Definitely recommend, aside from the app issues I'll be returning in the future.

So signed up online for an appointment. The system told me 37 minute wait. Showed up on time and checked in. Proceeded to wait another hour before my son was taken. At one point I asked what happened since we had arrived on time. A stylist in the back practically bit my head off telling me they only had 4 stylists working, the system had a bunch of people sign up and it hadn't caught up yet. Certainly reasonable but her delivery was beyond rude. Won't be back anytime soon.

Best haircut I've had in a long time from Jen. Cuts like my grandpa did, old school barber like with some new techniques too. She's a good one!

Lexi did a nice job. I could tell that she cares about her final product. Responsive to my directions and requests regarding the cut. The Cranberry location always has the best stylists in the area. The key is to check in early online

Absolutely horrible. the software is horrible. After scheduling an appointment today, I received a text stating a 73 minute wait. It then texted me that I had 15 minutes to arrive. I left in the downpour of the season to arrive soaked at the front desk. The girl on the front desk asked me my name 4 times. She then asked if I had an appointment. She said I'd have to wait. I told her no, I wasn't going to wait. She said ok, and I left. Went to Adam's barbershop and 20 minutes later and $35 I left with a great haircut. Lesson, when the software is not working correctly, the staff has to welcome guests instead of seeing it as a process intrusion.

I've gone to Sport Clips on and off for years when I'm not buzzing my own head and they've all been pretty decent in the Pittsburgh area. I've been coming to this location for about a year and have always had a good experience. My only suggestion is that hairstylists don't enter notes into their system when they say they will so you end up repeating yourself every visit unless you are patient enough for the same hair stylist every time. Should be easy for them to improve on this and be sure to take notes and read them before seating you in the chair. You do feel a little rushed, but that's to be expected as the MVP cut is only $25. They will try to upsell you hair products but a polite no and they don't push the issue so I don't find it offensive. Lastly, their app is very helpful as the wait can get very long here so make sure to check in early so you know what to expect. I haven't had to wait much on site if you arrive at the recommended time. Lastly, they continue to go above and beyond with Covid precautions, which is obviously appreciated.

So I was told by my daughter that she brought her autistic son (my grandson) there today for a haircut and had a horrible and humiliating experience. I was also told that the store manager was particularly difficult and made the situation worse

Very disappointed with the final result. The lady that I got had over an hour wait time so I thought she would be the best option if everyone wanted her. I was very wrong. I never go to sport clips but my usual barber was closed due to it being New Year's Eve so I had to go here. The lady that did my hair had no idea what she was doing. She didn't fade it correctly and left my side burns long after I had told her exactly what I wanted. It was also a bad taper job in the back. During the process she had put my hair on the top of my head up (because I keep that part long) but left a hefty section out. Instead of going back and adding that hair to the rest of the hair she just cut it off! It was more expensive than my usual place but looked as if it was her first time cutting men's hair. Overall the place was clean and the staff was friendly but I will never go back here due to the lack of skill.

We took our son to the Cranberry Twp., PA location today and the stylist was FABULOUS! He is 8 months and it was his first “real†haircut and we were a little nervous to take him somewhere that wasn't specially meant for kids. They were wonderful- will definitely go back!

If you are a sports fan, you get sucked into the sports vibe with the nice sports atmosphere. However, the services are a bit overpriced based on the skill set of the staff, who seemed a bit thrown off by the fact that an african-american man was there with his two bi-racial sons. I get the fact that they are simply not accustomed to that occurring. However, it is 2019 and you do not need to look like such a deer in headlights. Thankfully, it was our 1st time trying them out, and therefore, a discount was applied. I would have been very upset paying full price. My 13yr old, who should have been a very easy haircut since his hair texture is more akin to caucasian hair (probably 95-99% of their client base), needed two "barbers" to cut his hair. Neither one got it right and neither even thought to consult with me. Still trying not to take that personal as they obviously are not accustomed to folks that look like me. I live in Cranberry and normally travel to the city to get my sons real haircuts by real barbers that know how to cut many different types/textures of hair for a much better price. I will continue to go to the city!

I brought my two year old in for a haircut yesterday. We chose first available stylist and it happened to be Robin. She was fantastic. Often times, when cutting a child's hair, the stylist just focuses on the job rather than engaging with their tiny clients. Robin, on the other hand, talked to my son the entire appointment, keeping him calm and making it an enjoyable experience for him. Thank you, so much Robin for going above and beyond and also, for the perfect haircut

We used the online check in and it gave us a time to come back. We did and it was so easy! We arrived and about 5 minutes later my son was taken in for his haircut. Brielle was his stylist. I could hear my son chatting away with her. She was so nice and friendly and did such a nice job on his hair. Thank you Brielle!

Sign said they closed at 6, walked in at 5:40 just to get cleaned up around my ears, was told; “sorry were closed come back tomorrow.â€
