Matt went above and beyond to help me switch my family over to T mobile and save a bunch of money. The deals and promotions they offer are fantastic. Matt helped us wade through our many options to make sure we maximized our savings. I can't thank him enough.Very happy customer!

BEST EVER!!!! The customer service i received was beyond comprehension. Emily went above and beyond for me. I had lots of problems coming from the wexford store and she sat with me for hours in order to fix the issues they created. Also so sweet to my daughter. Definitely deserves a raise lol

Stay away from t mobile!!! The absolute worst service on the planet earth...a complete scam!!! The Internet service is always crashing the towers are always down.. nobody communicates with each other..once they sell you the product they are done with you..you try to get a straight answer from either the store where you got the product from all you get is a snappy attitude...call customer service they act they don't what's going on and you will be on hold for more than 45 minutes...and get absolutely nowhere..fair warning..stay clear of t mobile.

Zero Stars is better than 1….Do yourself a favor and DO NOT Switch to T-Mobile. The Sales people are just that sales people, They lied to me about 475.00 I was promised, game me all the paperwork to file online, then after waiting approx 16 weeks when they decline your promotion, the “Managers” just say well sir you weren’t eligible. They Bait and Switch. Period. Will be going back to AT&T where yes my bill may be a bit more but at least I am not lied to to get my business.

Worst customer service ever. T mobile persons wouldn't even greet, or see your face or ask you what you need, or say will be with you shortly or anything. I stood in the store for 20 mins, and no one said anything. Its rude for me to interrupt other customer, but its nice if t mobile person take a break and check what other customers need. Some customers like me might need a small thing which takes 2 mins like a sim card kit which T mobile missed to ship in first case.

T- Mobile is the worst cell company I have ever dealt with. Customer care messed up my bill when I first signed on with them. They created a second account that I never used, and now 7 months later I am still fighting with them to cancel that account. The representatives that you get when calling in to discuss an issue take forever to resolve your issue and still never quite get it right.However the people at the Cranberry Twp store go above and beyond to help. They are now fighting my issues for me with the customer care. Great job to those who have tried to help. As soon as I can, i will go back to verizon. I Hate T-Mobile. Terrible cell company.

Cranberry location open to 6pm on a Sunday!! What was a stressful event for me, Haley was calm, smooth & collective. Phone broke for good, but she got me set up with a new phone and back on the go. Thanks again Haley!

ZERO stars... This store could not resolve my issues = Constantly dropped calls and terrible online & mobile customer service. The gentleman actually called the T-Mobile toll-free number to ask about my troublesome issues. He was more concerned about his lunch order than helping me! I'm right on the very edge of switching to Verizon or AT&T (both offer free phones!). T-Mobile has no discounts or free phone offers, even after being a Sprint/T-Mobile customer for over 16 years! I was there over two hours, and all I got was a new SIM card, and a thank-you at the front door. PS: He tried to upsell me service at every chance he had. Poor salesman and store customer service. Blah!
