I normally don’t leave reviews, but I just have to commend the sales worker, Staci, who helped print my materials so efficiently and compassionately. I called Staci after realizing I made a mistake on a poster I ordered. Instead of making me do the entire order over again, she told me to email her the new copy, and then she responded and had it ready within an hour. She was kind, resourceful, and definitely left me with a great impression of Staples’s customer service.

Amazon Return lady needs a major attitude adjustment. Maybe don’t put in front of people. Couldn’t have been ruder and more disgruntled. Visited 7/8.

Went to the Staples in Cranberry Twp., PA to resolve a computer issue - no appointment, just a walk-in. Stephen was very patient and thoroughly explained my options, cost, etc. We agreed on a plan to resolve the problem and I had my computer up and running in under 24-hours. Kudos to Steve and the entire Staff at Staples!

I hate to leave reviews, especially bad ones, just because I chalk it up to people having a bad day. But to the older lady with the gray bob haircut, if you're that miserable at your job then go do something else! Being overly nice to customer people and in return just getting met with the most attitude is so offputting and annoying. Have the day you deserve.

Sales person greeted us right away and ask what were we looking for. We told him and he led us right to the product and proceeded to tell us all about it. We selected the one he recommended and after paying for it, he carried it to the car and placed it into the back cargo space. couldn't have been more satisfied with everything he did. would highly recommend the local staples store.

Showed up at the Cranberry Staples on June 17 around 7:15 PM to pick up three simple items for a delivery. The store was completely empty—no customers, no rush. I asked the only employee I saw (glasses, older, clearly out of shape and unmotivated) for help with a pen and planner I couldn’t find. He didn’t move. Didn’t even try. Just looked at my phone and said, “That’s probably all we have,” and added, “We let people order stuff all the time” and “I don’t have any numbers to check it.”
I’m a delivery driver. I don’t get paid until I finish the job. I use my own gas, car, and time. This guy stood there collecting a paycheck while I lost time and money. Zero effort, zero service, zero accountability.
With no one else in the store, he had every chance to help—but couldn’t even be bothered to walk 10 feet. I don’t know how this location stays open with people like that working up front. Worst Staples experience I’ve had anywhere.
And his defense is 2025 and nobody wants to do their job anymore they just want to show up and collect a check. And that's all the companies are looking for anymore is obedient workers to show up and enforce rules not help anybody and not be friendly. Covid changed everything.

Dunno who the old lady is or the kid with acne think they are, but for some reason they were rude simply because I needed help? I was there an hour before they closed maybe? I wasn’t rude to them at all I was just trying to find out how to pick up packages for Amazon and called my boss to tell him what they told me and thanked them and said sorry for inconveniencing them. Then they both rolled their eyes at me. I don’t know…however getting eyes rolled at me after thanking them and apologizing for the inconvenience for trying to help my situation was uncalled for.

The employees are extremely helpful! I purchased a desk chair online. The team was great from answering questions when I called about having it assembled, to having it ready for pickup within an hour. It was a heavy chair and a young lady carried it across the parking lot to my car. Kudos to this store!

Dee is the best! She’s funny, helpful, patient and a lovely human to work with. She went above and beyond to help me process a return when i didn’t have the receipt and the buy back cost was going to be about a sixth of what I paid without it.
I’d been having a rough couple of days and Dee put a huge smile on my face.
Truthfully have never had bad service here, everyone is thorough kind and excels at their jobs. Bravo cranberry!

Went to Staples to purchase the 96 box of McCafe coffee, which is $5 less than Sam's Club. Though not carried in store, though Staci was up on a ladder doing a planogram, she dropped her work and came right down to order for me online with a smile. She was by far the friendliest and most helpful associate I have ever encountered in the store in the times I have been there. I thanked her, and hope you will make her day in doing the same! Thank you!

My experience with manager (Dee) at this store was very unprofessional, rude, and I felt was racist. The employee was only trying to do her job, but the manager was having baseless accusations resulting in the manager to threatening me. Will not recommend shopping here and avoid shipping items to this store. Will have a formal complaint issued with Staples.
