We worked with Chris to plan out our home theatre and it turned out amazing. Even with electing to take on much of the project ourselves, he provided unlimited insight and guidance and very fair pricing for the equipment we needed.

They have been our go to source for home media for 14 years.We are on our second system with them. Tim (owner) is very knowledgeable and fit the equipment to our budget and quality we wanted. Install crew was careful and patent while explaining operation to us. We highly recommend TheaterXtreme!

I dropped my wallet in the parking lot of the Home Depot in Cranberry Twp. Extreme Theater Techs Ben and Mike found my wallet and drove it to my home. Everything was still in my wallet, nothing was missing. In today’s world where the character of people can be questionable at times… Ben and Mike are examples that people of good character can still be found. If these guys are willing to go out of their way for a complete stranger, I’m sure they will bring that came character and integrity to the job they do for you!!!Thanks again guys!!!Bill

Highly recommend this business. We did a new build home and utilized them for smart home features, flush mount speakers for audio and smart lighting. I was amazed with the professionalism and promptness. They went above and beyond to make it work (even when the builder and builder subcontractors outwardly were rude to the team). We are trouble shooting some product issues, however, it is not the fault of the company. Many thanks to Tim and the team for delivering great customer service, a great attitude, and great products that met our needs.

Terrible!!! Don't return calls, oversold the job. Nothing good to say. Already posted before, but see this is new with only 2 posts from the owners family, so felt a need to repost! I know it's not easy to find someone, but keep trying, don't use them!

A major leap of faith to contract Tim and his team. I shared with him my goal to set up a superb remote system that provided high quality fidelity to our new construction. I told him the proposals I had gotten from his competitors. He made suggestions that featured unobtrusive speakers and hidden wires, a brace for my tv that allowed flexibility to provide sight lines from our open floor plan and perfect sound throughout our common space. His installers were superb ambassadors the afternoon they spent installing my system, answering my questions and explaining what and why they were doing. The advice provided by Best Buy and others was adequate. Tim’s proposals were an exponential improvement.

We have used theater extreme since we built our home in 2018/2019. Their products are state of the art and prices are competitive. We have been very happy with accessibility and service. Would highly recommend them for anyone interested in home automation.

Must be all relatives reviewing for them to have 5 stars. They sold me antiquated equipment at top dollar that needed service endlessly. Called 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a return call.Anyone else is better than these crooks!

I purchased a TV, stereo system (surround sound) and furniture from Theater Xtreme. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process to make my living room complete. They were tremendous in every aspect. I would highly recommend Theater Xtreme.

We have been a customer since 2018. After moving out of the area we never lost contact with this great store and team. Tim took our calls many times over the past few years helping us trouble shoot the system as we went through a few different rentals. We just set up our system in our new home and needed to make some adjustments to our current Atmos setup.Tim reviewed photos and multiple phone calls to help us make the right choice for our surround speakers. As always, we were never pressured to buy from them, but we're pleased not only with the pricing but willingness to ship the speakers to our new home which arrived in 2 business days.We have purchased our reciever, complete 11.2.4 Atmos system, recliners, and blu-ray player. Our theatre has become a great entertaining space for our family and friends and everyone leaves very impressed.We miss visiting in person, but always enjoy the conversations we have with Tim and his team!

Xtreme Theater will gladly take your money to build out a theater room, but when it stops working properly they will refuse to work with you or help you over the phone, and then tell you it's a minimum of 2 weeks before they can come to your house. They could easily walk through the steps of resetting the remote like the owner did with me before, but apparently now they want more money and insist on in-person service calls. Don't waste your money on this company.
