Sohair is SO RUDE! She made such a fuss about me returning shoes that I bought at the Butler store. She even went and asked another employee before she would do my return. Then, she tried to make me feel guilty about it.

Nice store to do holiday and/or regular shopping. Always find some good branded stuff with less price compared to other big stores.

Absolutely awful customer experience. The store itself is good but unfortunately I won’t be returning. Claire the store associate rolled her eyes when I asked to see a manager. At first she told me I could return a suitcase I bought that malfunctioned. She asked if I used it and I said no just around my house when I realized the handle only worked sometimes.. She then said since I used it I can’t return it? Then, when i asked to see the the store manager she was incredibly rude and didn’t listen to a word I said. I would’ve probably went and bought an even more expensive suitcase + did more shopping If they would’ve even offered store credit…for a suitcase I tried around my House? but no. Not good service from manager Georgia or Claire.

What can you say about going to the maxx.Its the lure of the deal. You never know when you’re going to find the deal and every once in a while you do. Once I bought a long navy wool coat back when winter meant frozen toes and the day before I saw a coat just like it, and I could not believe it but it was the same coat I saw and loved at Sax 5th ave in Cleveland but could not afford and there it was at the maxx in Boardman. Been stopping by regularly ever since.
