  It is not operated by U-HAUL directly, which means that if you schedule a vehicle it will not be available. My recommendation is to go directly to U-HAUL, they will be able to guide you without wasting your time. Seriously, do not rent here, you will end up wasting your time.

  Charged me $200 for a dolly that was turned in early and that I didn't even use. Won't answer the phone. I'm going in tmrw to tell them off.
