Super unwilling to help navigate questions. I wasted an hour making a trip out to Ulta to pick up my birthday gift and needed assistance with signing up for the app apparently and I was given Lil to know attention or advice. I was just told to figure it out on my own or call customer service. I found the staff very cold and unwilling to help.

Hands down, this is the best ULTA I've been to in the Pittsburgh area. The employees I encounter are ALWAYS nice and they never hover or give you an attitude. I've had several positive experiences before deciding to write a review. Any time I had complicated returns - or even simple ones - the employees were so kind and willing to help. Today, I went into the store looking at foundations and I wasn't planning on asking for help. However, two very nice employees (one blonde and one brunette who I don't know their names), proactively asked me if I needed help being color matched. I took them up on their offer and they were SO AMAZING AND HELPFUL. They listened to my needs, helped me swatch some things, and were able to give me some samples to try before doing an exchange at another time.
Not only that but I had a return that was not working for some reason and one of the same people came over to help another employee. They solved the issue so quickly and with such grace. I live 30 minutes away, but is my GO-TO store. It's so nice not to have to deal with rude attitudes and people who obviously hate their jobs when I'm taking to the time ensure I'm follow all policies.

Staff is terrific here; unfortunately the stock is usually low - often, what i have come to the store for is out of stock.

I had an amazing experience at Ulta recently, thanks to one of the staff members “Ian” who went above and beyond to assist me. I had previously had a bad experience with getting the wrong shade and incorrect feedback, but this time, she was so patient and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Even though her shift had ended, she stayed to help me, which truly made a difference. Her dedication and outstanding customer service have completely changed my perspective. I’m so grateful for her assistance and will definitely return because of her excellent service!

I would rather drive to Ross Park and go to Sephora. Nobody at Ulta Cranberry asked if I needed assistance. I had to approach an associate who was just standing around: When I asked my question, this associate looked at me like I was crazy (I asked if she recommended a certain product for contouring). I was met with a rude stare and told how much she dislikes contouring (although her face had a lot of makeup on it). All I asked was a simple question and met with complete rudeness: I felt stupid and left uninformed. Even though I don’t live far I will never go back to this store. The poor customer service makes it not worth it.

Online will say its in stock however good luck finding it in store. Shelves are in disarray and messy. Product is never stocked correctly.
I placed an online order so I didn't have to hunt for what I needed. Ended up having to call to see if my order was ready only to be told "Oh we can't find anything so we canceled it".
Once again Sephora and Target will be getting my business.

The stylist, Nadine, was extremely helpful and got me in quickly after I called the store looking for help with my hair following a hair appointment gone wrong at another salon. Nadine took great care of my hair while helping me achieve my desired color, and was super friendly. I am so appreciative of her!!!

I don’t normally go to this location; I stopped in because I was in the area after work looking for a few fragrances that Ulta’s website were in stock here, but not in stock at my usual store. The perfume section is a complete mess with missing, misplaced, and broken tester bottles, and there’s nowhere to dispose of used tester strips. Looking around, I didn’t see anywhere for customers to dispose of testing materials for the products, whereas my usual store has a testing material disposal bin at the end of almost every aisle. One of the staff members asked if I was looking for a specific scent, and when I told her I was in the store for one that the website said was in stock, all she said was, “Oh, well, you can’t trust that!” and walked away, but kept walking back around and looking at me as if she was suspicious of me. I won’t be coming back to this location; it felt like a waste of my time.
