I went there to have a DMV form notarized even though I knew that I didn't have to have it notarized, they quoted me 10 dollars and asked for the form, they looked at it and said since I already signed it, they couldn't notarize it, which was fine because it really didn't need notarized. My point is that they would of taken my money for something that I didn't need because they don't know about it, and I only know from a notary friend of mine. The UPS store needs to get updated with that information.

customer service is ZERO. asked to pack and ship a box but she gave me an attitude when I asked to do it myself. then asked me what size I needed and after I wasn’t sure, she gave me an attitude and said “there’s lotssss of options”. I was so overwhelmed I bought the wrong size. then gave me an attitude when asked if I had tape. all around ATTITUDE because they were closing in 20 minutes. heard them proudly announce when they were closing too. I have been around everywhere trying to find somewhere to ship something, so I’m already overwhelmed and the last thing I needed was an attitude from some snothead teenager who was irritated that they closed soon. do better.

The older woman there is extremely RUDE! I am there a lot and everyone is nice but her. She makes rude passive aggressive comments, doesn't respond to hi...hello and will NOT go out of her way to do Anything for you. Asked her for a piece of tape because a piece of mine broke. She said you should have taken care of this before you came here, this isn't my responsibility. She just gets nastier. Feel bad for the others who have to work with her.
She needs to Be nice!

Beware for printing. Quoted one price via email and charged another. After showing the manger the email she refused to honor the price and kept trying to up charge all items ordered. I ended up paying the higher price just to get out of there after she agreed to honor the price on the larger of the 3 items. The print job itself was great, manger not so great. If using for printing get confirmation of your price prior to ordering and pickup.

Must give a shoutout to an exceptional young Man ZACK ! who blew away this 66 yr. man.
His level of going above and beyond really shows me that this younger generation has so! much! more to offer. And from my experience don’t really get the credit. The world will be FINE with these young men and women. ✌️ NOW! Months later SANDY! Got the scanning Gun in her hand ready to scan anything I throw at her. Where does this place get these people. Absolutely amazing.
Whoever hired sandy must of seen the mother qualities in her and KNEW! She would carry them into the job and make the younger ones around her just simply better people. Jack ✌️

My large package disappeared without a trace from this location. My package was dropped off and never scanned/loaded into the truck. Management will not call or reply to emails, employees will “never be available.” There is/was some scam running here that left me out thousands of dollars.
Update in Reply to the managers post: the claim was filed to UPS in November, and you have personally not emailed back in a month. You have had all the information (claim number, details, situation, employee involved ) and chosen to ignore the situation.

The manager Katie? Is so helpful. Today I had 2 returns and I messed up and sent them to Whole Foods. She was so kind and fixed it all for me.

BEWARE! Before you come here, it’s not a “ups” it’s a 3rd party store! Package and label anything like “oil” etc. If I had the oil labeled for $6.99 and boxed they would have accepted the return there. That makes zero sense and I do not like to do business with shady rules! No thank you! Go to the real UPS. Make this an Amazon only drop spend $0 here at all costs! Have a nice day ;)

Standing out side The UPS store that was supposed to open at 08:30 am.
It’s now 8:44 am, still no lights on and door is locked. Tried calling the number and no answer.
Wasted gas, my time and will still have to come back. Not to mention the 8 other people standing out here waiting.

Before making this review, I looked at other reviews to see if the individual had been mentioned before and yep, Heidi is still at this store and problematic. Not only for customers but also dictating things to other employees all while being loud and rude at times. Stopped in for an estimate yesterday and she was storming all over like a child complaint about the systems and customers all to other customers while 1 poor guy was trying to take and handle all the customers in the store. Today, same thing with 3 other employees working to get things accomplished she is questioning them, infront of a store full of customers dictating how it should be done while challenging customers packaging decisions. Not all of us can afford the prices of the packaging UPS offers or the prices do to inflation. Being helpful is one thing and yes you can do it assertive but this is not that. Hopefully this can be addressed as reviews still seem to hold similar context to this employees behavior which is unprofessional at best and trying to give the benefit of the doubt as this is Cranberry Township and they probably deal with a ton of rude yuppies.
