My package had arrived at this location the day before it was supposed to be delivered to my house. I wasn’t going to be home the day it was supposed to be delivered so I tried to pick up the package at the post office. The lady working said she didn’t feel like digging through the packages so she said I had to wait until the next day for it to be delivered. I mentioned to her I wouldn’t be home to get it the next day, but she just nodded her head no. Meanwhile the other guy working said he just scanned in the packages so he would be able to easily locate where the package was. I felt this was very unprofessional.

I see negative reviews from others about this post office, which surprises me. I work in the area so I use this location from time to time and have been impressed by how friendly and efficient the staff at the desk have been.

Continued rude counter employees. Why do they need to be mean and angry. I was literally told to leave today because I couldn’t follow directions.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to come out and help with a scheduled 11:00 a.m. passport appointment. I could hear them talking in the back and she could literally care less. Was told that I was standing out there waiting and she still didn't come out. I love that they ask you to be there 10 minutes early, and then make you wait 20 minutes and then make you wait even longer.

Horrible place horrible service. Front desk lady’s are SO rude. Mind you their hours say they’re open till 6. They close their doors at 5. I got there at 4:50 Self serve spot closes too! I literally got kicked out of the store once when I walked into the actual place and I had everything they lady told me their closed told me to get out and closed the doors on me.

I rarely write negative reviews, and I have lived in this area for more than 10 years. But today, I have to write this because one of the employees here treated their customers very poorly. I couldn't find an item, so I simply asked for help. I didn’t have any bad attitude toward her, yet she said to me, 'That attitude?' I wasn’t angry or raising my voice at her at all, yet she responded that way.
Is this how you treat your customers, who spend their money on your services? Not a single apology, thank you, or even an attempt to help me. I have worked in customer service for 10 years, and I have never seen anyone as terrible as one of the employees here. The worst customer service ever.

December is a busy time of year and there was a line but the professional personnel that worked there work through the line very fast.

While USPS unfortunately shipped my package to the wrong building, the staff in this location were super helpful in assisting me in scouting the correct location of the package by pulling up GPS records.

Very rude and unprofessional. Specially the store lady. I forget to tape the label on the box and she asked me to purshase 4$ tape for just putting the label on the box .

Pitiful..My Certified Letter Was Scanned May 31st.Todays date is June 21 2024..My very Important Letter is Sitting Somewhere..I Have had 2 Other Post Office try 2 Help Me..Letter Needs 2 Go 2 Columbus Ohio asap..No Luck.Shows Scanned in Cranberry going 2 Sewickely back 2 Cranberry..This is Awful.Think Twice Before Choosing a Carrier.

Since we moved from Pittsburgh to Cranberry, we've had terrible mail delivery. We get our daily newspaper by mail, and average 1-2 days/week where it's not delivered--and then we'll get 2-3 papers in one day (if we're lucky). What good is 3-day old news? And it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Yet the price of stamps is going up--again. It is Kafkaesque.

1 star across the board. Never once do they mail us our packages to our house. Get a million pink slips then expected to wait in long line to retrieve our packages that were supposed to be delivered to our house. Then have to deal with rude customer service on top of that. It’s 2024… get with the times damn!
