My daughter and I had the most expertise in-store service I have ever experienced, tonight from Terry! He went up above and beyond to assist in the purchasing of a phone. He was extremely knowledgeable in the transferring of all information from old to new phone. Terry fully explained all of our questions. His pleasant personality and eagerness to help us very welcoming. Terry is definitely an asset to the Verizon company! He should absolutely be rewarded monetarily for a “job well done”!

Olympia is one of the best shop assistants we ever worked with. Very patient and knowledgeable in helping us finishing transfer from AT&T to Verizon. Due AT&T’s complicated account protection, Olympia worked with (and for) us for nearly 3 hours to deal with the AT&T’s horrible customer service. So happy our transfer was finally done.
