Pharmacy will not ask for your phone number to get your points for prescriptions. Whne I ask they say you have to ask us to do it or we won’t. I have not had any other Walgreens pharmacy practice this. The guy with the painted nails will say no a lot of times if he doesn’t know the answer to something. Have him ask a manager to confirm. This has occurred many times where he simply won’t say I don’t know but I will find out and get the help you need.

I have been to this Walgreens location over 50 times. Every single time no one is at the register, or one of their computers is down.

Had a simple package to drop off, the staff refused to help and just left a line of 5 customers waiting without acknowledging anyone. Every time I have come here the team seems to hate their life. Shopping elsewhere

Everything I ordered was watered down... margarita...watery! Fajita..lots of water in the veggies! The sour cream taste awful and the salsa was watery too....I regret that I gave a tip

Worst store and customer service! Always make it a point to avoid this entire company, it’s like they intentionally train their employees to be slow and waste as much of your time as possible. The stinky rude old lady at this location is terrible and racist!

If you can work with the pharmacy and their inconvenient and limited schedule, this bland store should not be a problem. The staff is amazing, unfortunately the pharmacy might as well be closed with the hours they have, it's like they don't think people have work. They usually close at 6, and they are not open on weekends. It seems like a problem with the owners to have it be so bland and have such awful pharmacy hours.

I’m not sure what it is about the Walgreens here in Cranberry but I can tell you that the staff has to be the most polite and professional of all the Walgreens. The pharmacy - especially Shane - always go above and beyond what you’d normally expect. It’s so pleasant coming in or going through the drive thru. Props to wonderful people and this store deserves some recognition!
