Even though I only go in there usually to get one or two items, I end up coming out with about 15! Everything I need, and some things I forgot that I need until I see it, makes my Cart a bit bigger. What can I say? They have pretty much everything

I’ve been to dozens and dozens of Walmarts and this by far exceeds them all. Plenty of registers, very clean and well stocked store. Things are organized and the store is well-maintained inside and out. Very impressive. I only wish all Walmarts were as good as this one! This is definitely a flagship store that sets the bar for all others! Great job management.

Placed order to be delivered. Missing 7 items. Called store , no one answers. Calling Customer Support only way to get thru. They refunded me. Last time I will ever order from Cranberry Walmart. Problem solved. But I would also like to thank you for making me realize i can't trust you or your store to ensure that customers get their delivery.

Its bad....just bad. Multiple registers never open. Produce always looks old. Meat looks suspect.

The lady working at the returns denied me formula for my baby. I should have asked to speak to a manager but this Walmart is not worth my time or money. This Walmart is horrible and I will never be going back.

Red headed cauasian woman with the fake tan at the front needs to work in the back rooms instead of yelling at customers and treating them like sheep when it's closing time. Yelled at a elderly man in a scooter at checkout. Plus other customers and myself. Over cash and credit registers. Do better.

Had just bought groceries over the weekend when my refrigerator then decided to bite the dust, so despite keeping them in a cooler of ice until the new fridge was delivered yesterday, they still seemed questionable when I took them out of the cooler, so rather than taking any chances, I called the store ahead of time to politely explain the situation and that I still had my receipt but had not gotten to use any of the groceries I just bought to see if I could return only the refrigerated items and get fresh replacements, especially given the price of groceries nowadays, but the incredibly abrasive manager I spoke with clearly had no desire to help whatsoever or even seemed to want to listen, as she kept talking over me and cutting me off when I was trying to speak, and told me they cannot do anything for me because it is not Walmart's fault that my fridge broke--yet a different Walmart location gave my mom no issue exchanging her newly purchased groceries when she lost power for days during some recent severe storms, and when I called my local Giant Eagle store that I had also just bought some groceries from this weekend, they agreed to let me return them for fresh ones, so I will now be doing all my grocery shopping at Giant Eagle from now on because they clearly have more compassion for their customers than Walmart does (or at least this location anyway)--perhaps if that manager there lost her power or her fridge broke after she just spent a small fortune on groceries, she would be much more sympathetic towards customers such as myself, but it is truly sad to see how customer service is rapidly becoming a thing of the past anymore, particularly when it comes to major retailers like Walmart
