Customer service was very helpful in answering questions I had about the apps related to the laptop, mobile, and Zelle. Brandi worked with me until everything was resolved. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable.

Absolutely pathetic! The worst financial institution ever! They'll give you a loan..then you'll never hear from them again. No bill in the mail, won't answer calls/emails. Then charge you late fees! They'll hold you hostage in high interest as long as possible

Absolute worst bank. I think they make banking with them difficult on purpose. Their ATMs often have issues and a lot of then can't even accept cash or deposit a check. Look at their app reviews! I always read the fine print but they swindled me with overdraft "protection", thinking, from the fine print, that it would prevent me from overdrafting. Nope, the exact opposite. Run from this bank as fast as possible.

Small business friendly. This bank is recommended by our Small business attorney in Pittsburgh. We received excellent services thus far and their current product met our needs exactly - nothing more, nothing less. the Bank Branch manager Mr. R.U. took care of most of the paperwork, we emailed the information and reviewed the paperwork together and signed them away, the checks are already on the way and online banking is up we did a test transaction - This was something that was very valuable and timely to us as we are preparing a Covid-19 product pitch. This time, we preferred a local bank and we were impressed on the person-to-person service. Thus we give 5 starts and a double thumbs up.

The staff (especially Cheryl Creedon) are extremely attentive and caring. I can count on everyone of the staff to assist me in any transaction(s) needed whether in person, drive through, telephone or email. Oftentimes, they are handling multiple accounts and do so effectively. Not once in 20+ years since dealing with the Cranberry location have I had any issues. I look forward to continuing this relationship and highly recommend their services.

This location is always on their top game. They remember their customers and suggest things without being pushy. Working with the bank manager Rakesh has made my banking so much easier. He's very willing to go above and beyond and will make sure any concerns you have are taken care of immediately. Also their banking app is very user friendly! I would recommend joining this bank and if in cranberry area using them for your banking branch.

This is one of my least favorite locations. There are a few employees there that make you feel like your less than when you walk through the door. They aren't very personable or welcoming. I do almost all of my banking at the Middle St. location on the north side and this branch could benefit from those girls.
