I have been banking with woodforest since 2012. They have been absolutely amazing to me. They treat my daughter like a princess, and have shown my husband and I so much care and respect.

First off if I could give negative stars I would. I have banked with woodforest for a few years now I chose to go with them because it was conviniant and close by. However, over the years it has gotten so bad I had to check my account constantly. A couple dollars missing here and there. Over draft fees for money taken that didn't even exist. I just recently became ill and had to dip into the overdraft money which allowed me to overdraft with paying it back. However when I didn't find work it closed the account. I went to cranberry township PA bank where I was set up with a TAKE CHARGE CHECKING ACCOUNT. I paid in 10% to open it and felt rather great about this. However, within a week out of force of habit I checked my account and noticed an 8.99 service charge fee alongside a 29 dollar overdraft fee so I contacted the bank manager who set this up who told me that there had been a problem and the revived the take charge checking account which placed my account into collections with no chance of opening it. Due to the fact that I had a check being deposited into this account Friday I was upset. He expressed that the money can still hit the bank and he would give me the remainder money after charging off my account. How is it possible to reverse an agreement without me coming in to sign paperwork but I had to have myself and my wife there to sign papers to make the agreement? How did no one contact me? They claimed they didn't have a number to call me but I'm a faithful customer at my bank. I have received calls before. Thursday my wife received money into her account which they proceeded to take her money and pay off the already closed account so now the account is paid off closed and we are out of our pre arranged bill moneyfor Thursday. When contacting management they said they were sorry and there is nothing they are able to do. When I contacted Thursday to get the money back they "swiped" over into the other account they said there is no manager in today and not sure if there will be tomorrow either. So jerad king from branch 0572 called off and Joshua manager is off and Greg the clerk proceeded to get an attitude with me because I insisted a manager contact me in regards to this. Contacting customer service also didn't do anything as they don't have anything to do with the branch and their agreements however the supervisor emailed scott the regional manager to contact me at HIS EARLIEST CONVIIONCE! what about my bills and my money? How important is it?
