I've been going to Kwik Fill on McGovern Blvd for about 9 years daily. The current Manager is exceptional and really goes out of her way to be friendly to customers. I've been stopping in for coffee on my way to work and seeing smiling faces first thing really helps to get my day started off on the right foot. The current Manager sets the tone for the staff, and I can even say she has ordered some items to stock in the store that myself and my colleagues like. I read thru some of the negative reviews and think the new Manager has a solid staff and cant imagine anyone being treated poorly. The majority of my interactions are with the Manager and another team member (Shannon) but I definitely go out of my way to get gas and coffee here solely based on how friendly the employees are.

Can’t pay anyone a decent wage to work the store so it’s open whenever they can find some sucker to come in it looks like.
It’s literally a one man store how hard can it be to pay someone appropriately to keep the store open on Sundays or even until 11PM which used to ALWAYS be the case?
You have diesel semi trucks coming in everyday like clockwork spending literal hundreds of dollars at a time (sometimes they are wrapped around the store) and buying snacks by the boatloads and you can’t fork any of that over to your low level employees?
What gas station closes at 7pm and is also closed on Sundays? You must not like spending money to make more money. Keep following the same formula Kwik Fill I’ll be looking forward to the gas station that replaces you.

We came for gas, and my girlfriend and myself just received the poorest service known to man. The prepay feature charged the card but did not allow the pump to pump gas. Response from the worker was, “uh, I don’t know..” incredibly rude about the whole situation and qwik fill has lost the damn plot. Boycott and beware. Do not attend!

My Fiance tried paying for his gas with a $50 bill, and when checked by the cashier with the pen to make sure it’s real, the pen reacted. An older employee from the back came out and acted like my Fiance was a criminal, printing bills himself lol. She claimed it was fake and said they needed to keep the money, even though he paid with a card and they no longer needed the bill. The best part being when he went to confront the manager the next day, he said he knew nothing of the situation and there was no money anywhere. So needless to say it looks like that employee stole the bill. Only gave two stars cuz the manager was professional. Gas stations are NOT required to keep ur money to investigate if it’s real or not, esp if you pay ur transaction another way. (Confirmed by the police we contacted) Watch your money/change if you go here!

Shady employee. Gave me dollar bills smashed between other dollars when I received my change. The dollars were all ripped in half and half missing. Glad it wasn’t more than a few bucks. Lost my business and I will make sure others know of these actions.
