“My salesman Juan was AWESOME, we have purchased 3 prior vehicles with Ray Price but never at this location, always at RAM or the Stroudsburg FORD locations. What normally would be a long drawn out miserable process was less than 2 hours, which made my wife happy to say the least. Even the finance department was great, all very transparent and honest (rare).
All paperwork was prepped before I even arrived (I was there the second they opened) and they were extremely respectful to all of my wishes from trade in to my payment / interest rates and more. “I stopped by without an appointment just because other auto body shop nearby didn't show up on appt time. I am so glad I did find them, father and son business, both very nine!They gave me an estimate on the spot after making a few calls. They ordered parts on Monday moring, and everything was done by noon on Wednesday!They said that the weather was nice, so they worked late. Such a sweet and hard working people! Take a look at photos! The color is perfect match for 10 year old car, skilled colored matching knowledge. I am truly grateful for the work they did for my car. I will definitely go back to them if I need any auto job done. No more getting estimates around the town. Their estimate happened to be the cheapest out of 5 other places around. Since it wasn't mechanical damage, just the exterior, I didn't care that much if it were to turn out bad, like the color doesn't match with new parts and front door etc. but as you can tell from photos, they got it everything perfectly done! “I have used Mountain Body Shop on three or four occasions over the years, the most memorable was when my grandson hit a deer! The whole front bumper was hanging by one piece of metal! When I got the car back from Mountain Body my car looked better than before the damage was done! I highly recommend them if your vehicle needs any kind of body work. I initially got their name through Geico when I first needed a body shop. They do excellent work and are very fairly priced.”
“We recently moved to the area and have done well with deer dodging until last weekend. Wrecked the grill and a few mechanical components on our F250 on a Saturday morning, by Monday it had been taken to Rocco's. By Wednesday, we and our insurance company had the quote for repairs, and by Friday midday the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Wonderful turn around time, and a blessing to have it done before the holidays. The crew were friendly and communicative. My only suggestion would be, to be open for half days on weekends to process minor driveable repairs, while having the ability to accept tow-in bigger jobs that will take the week to complete.”
