Fixed some damage to the rear bumper and the front driver side quarter of my 2020 Corolla Hybrid. Work was done in July 2023. Paint quality was honestly good, but not great. There’s still overspray all over the rubber trim on my driver side rear door. They used a bunch of aftermarket parts and the aftermarket rear bumper can’t possibly clip in properly. It looks all bulged out on each side where it meets the rear quarters. This was the only time any shop has worked on the rear of the car and when I got my car back I was unaware that the included emergency jack, rods, and tire iron were missing. Nothing else went missing, but when I had 2 loose lug nuts on one of my wheels back in October/November and got out to grab the factory tire iron, I found the above things missing. I do not misplace things like that and have never removed the OEM roadside equipment from any of my cars for longer than 5-10 minutes. I’ve got several nice floor jacks and good, quality tools at home, neatly organized and accounted for. There is no reason why the OEM tools would be removed or misplaced. The car has been largely dealer maintained.I called the shop and politely explained the situation. But even when I had them on the phone, they did not offer to look for the equipment they would have had to remove from the trunk while they performed the repairs. I specifically had to ask them if they could have a look and give me a call back. Never got a call back. I don’t have time to chase after people in the hopes they do the right thing.Really annoyed that I now have to spend around $200 on replacement OEM roadside emergency gear that came with the car, which is only 3 years old so that I don’t screw the person who ends up buying it when it gets sold later this month.Yes, it really costs that much for the OEM tools. Even on eBay, junkyard pulls are hard to come by and sell for approximately $140-$180 (jack, rods, tire iron.)I would not recommend

This place gave me my car back after a collision that caused damaged to my front right wheel. After it being done 2 weeks after the original date, the whelk made an awful grinding noise when you turned to the right. Gave it back for them to fix and my wheel is still making noise and not driving correctly. RUN from this place as a previous comments says.. as far as you possibly can.

I had my car repaired a few months ago. Looks like new! They even filled in any spots I had on my hood and I had a weird stain going on by the gas tank that they also fixed for me. They told me 3-4 days and the car was ready for pick up on the start of day 3. Great work!

Run from this place!! I was rear ended on March 2. I was told that they would order part’s prior to drop off so repair would go quick and smooth, 7-10 days. I finally picked up my vehicle today, 7 weeks after dropping off on May 15! They’ve told me waiting on parts, found additional damage need to order more parts, parts are here but no lifts are open, ordered wrong part, parts came in damaged, that’s what I’ve been told in 1 conversation, 4 weeks after drop off. Today at pick up there’s 467 miles difference on my vehicle since drop off. The bumper is not complete (they’ll call when part comes in) but I was able to order and it’ll be here in 10 days. They didn’t put the spare tire/jack back, there’s mild damage to front passenger fender. The bumper they replaced has nicks, dents and poorly fitted. I had to file with better business and now I’ll be getting a lawyer.Service: Body & Trim

My car was involved in an accident and was towed to Tim’s autobody. They were quick to assess it and kept me updated by text and were done sooner than they anticipated. Very friendly, very professional. I would recommend them highly.

This is my 2nd visit. I was happy with the body work the first time but this time has been different. I was told they only needed my car for 3 days which has now turned into a week and counting, waiting on a part. I understand delays but don't have me bring my car without having everything needed to fix it in 3 days, I don't like having a rental....I like my carUpdate, still in a rental. Now getting told my car needs a part after they told me it was going to paint, 4 weeks......Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately our vehicle has been there twice in the last couple months. First time was completed on schedule, but paint was poorly blended, hood rattled, and there was hundreds of little bubbles in the clear coat on hood. The second repair was supposed to take 3 days, and as of writing this it will be a minimum of 25 days that they've had the car. Would never go here again
