BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Called to ask a simple question about a vehicle and the first thing the representative said VERY RUDELY that he was NOT going to sell a vehicle over the phone and wouldn’t let me talk. I was driving close to 2hrs to come see a vehicle so I wanted to make sure of a couple things before we drove but with this type of customer service we will NOT be coming down. It was impossible to get a word out with him screaming for NO reason and hung up. Just lost a customer and hope many more for representatives like the one I got. I hope the owner has recorder the call so he can listen to what type of sales people are working there.

After 3 months of not having a car and looking I finally found one a week ago. Thanks to Katie. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a used nice car. Katie, Mitch, and Chris were all so helpful and informative. They work with you. Katie found the perfect car for me within my price range, Chris knew all about the car and Mitch handled the financing in an amazing way. If you want to buy a car from a very honest, trustworthy, and helpful team; this is the place to go. All 3 made sure I wanted the car and were very honest about the whole process. So happy with the car and decision I made going there, they even detailed it while we were waiting for the finance company on the spot. Very honest, friendly, and helpful team. Katie is amazing!
