This is a place you have to experience for yourself to understand the level of customer service that is provided. It is day and night compared to Lowe's and Home Depot. I would recommend this store for professionals and homeowners looking to DIY. The staff is knowledgeable and the prices are fair. I go here to get everything from one bolt to larger hardware/household products.

Nice place, I called to make sure they were available to cut keys 🔑, and she said yes. My little boy and I went there this morning, in less than 10mins, he cut us 4 new set of keys. I highly recommend this place, home depot and Lowes couldn't do the job. He even said if it didn't work bring it back for new one, but it's all working good.

Tim and team are very easy to work with. We had 16 window screens that needed to be replaced due to storm damage. They were able to get these replaced very quickly and we are very pleased with the quality. I highly recommend B&B True Value Hardware!

Can't just go there for a screw or connector or a can of paint. No matter how urgent it is trying to fix something... "Oh, I 'll be right back" I always walk out of there with everything I'll need... for the next twenty projects. Some of them I haven't even thought of yet. But when I walk in, go down any aisle... "Hey! That'll work for the gate." "Oh, that's right, need to hang that shelf." "Wow, didn't know you could still get this stuff." I wind up spending an hour there. This place is great!
