I love that the facility is so clean and new. Wayne was extremely helpful when I checked out facility. We were a little late leaving last night and had gate access denied, but called number provided and received immediate assistance.

Extra space storage is very helpful they always come in a time of need especially with the first month free and the climate control it makes it very easy and affordable to store my most valuable things I'm glad that the water fountain is available in the bathrooms are also available keep it up guys you're doing great thank you

Crystal was an absolute delight to work with! She was very friendly and informative. She took the time to show us the unit, how to work the lock, and the keypad system. The unit itself was perfect and the complex is secure. I feel good about using this facility! I could not recommend this location more.

Great storage place…modern, clean, bright and secure. Crystal the Mgr is the best, I’ve been there 5+ years and she’s been there and terrific the whole time along with Wayne - no changing of personnel every so often… Thankyou!

wow bait and switch is an understatement. price almost doubled after 4 mos, response was it's market conditions. on their own website for the same unit and location the price is less than I originally paid, so that was a lie, and I have proof of it. good news is I get free law services so I'll be taking them to court, hopefully roll up a class action suit. do not rent from these scumbags, the most dishonest group I ever dealt with.
