Our daughter has been attending daycare here for 2 years. We absolutely love it. The staff loves her as though she is one of their own. She loves going to play with her friends. She is always happy at drop off so much so that so that doesn't even say bye. At pickup she is always smiling. We would highly recommend!!

Love the teachers there and the owner is nice. They are respectful and will tell you how your childs day was. They have a great ciriculum as well. Plenty of space and supplies. Also toys. It is always clean there as well.

My daughter loves this daycare. The teachers are all extremely nice and attentive to your child's needs. The only thing that bothers me is the mandatory nap time but that is not the fault of the daycare, its the states decision. But other than that I am extremely happy with the care my daughter receives.

I work here and I’ve sent my 3 children here for over 6 years. I promise you I wouldn’t send my kids somewhere that wasn’t safe or as bad as these other people are saying. My kids are my life, And their teachers treat them like they’re their own. The children here are loved and cared for like they’re ours. We don’t have roaches like the lady below me said, again, I wouldn’t send my kids here if we did. Most of these reviews are from fake profiles and are untrue. You may think I’m just saying that because, I work here but, I promise you I’m not. Like one of the other parents said, we aren’t the newest and best but, I promise you, the kids here are loved and cared for. We do circle time, crafts, science experiments, we have tons of age appropriate toys the kids love to play with and use their imagination, an amazing outdoor play are separated by all different ages, and we actually teach the children even the babies (through play of course)the rooms and toys are scrubbed and sanitized every night even if we have to stay late. If I decided to pursue a different path I would still send my babies here. I know of a few teachers who went on to pursue the career they went to school for and still send their children here. Please do not always go by the reviews! Come and check us out first ?

I cannot say enough good things about this facility and its staff!! I'll try to make this review short but I have so much to say so it may be hard but it also may be beneficial to a parent who is in my position...My children have been coming to this facility for almost 8 years and there's definitely a reason why...The level of care we've received over the years has been nothing short of a blessing!!! Mr. John, Katie and the rest of the TRT staff have treated my kids (4) like their own and I honestly consider them family. My twins were newborns when we first arrived and the thought of leaving them in a "daycare" with "strangers” while I went back to work was gut wrenching! From our first walk through (that I didn't have to schedule, Bonus!) until today, they have gone over and above to ensure me that I made the right decision! Mr. John literally should be a Saint!! I cannot begin to describe how this man goes over and above to make sure these kids have everything they need and probably want. Is the facility itself a state of the art, fancy, brand new this, brand new that, kind of place? No, but you know what it is…it’s Home!! It’s an actual house broke down into cute little classrooms and spaces. Each room has loving, caring and attentive teachers. Each room has your kids’ personal touches, special belongings, art work and homemade projects hanging everywhere! The Annex (older school aged kids) aka “The Tin Can” is a separate space away from the “baby house” with couches, tv’s, games, a kitchen…just a cool place for your kids to hang out and literally feel like they’re at Home and not a “daycare”! The outdoor play area is huge with plenty of stuff to do for all ages. I’m telling you, Mr. John does everything he can to make coming to TRT a fun experience. As far as safety goes…every incident my kids were involved in, any accidents they’ve had, any sickness they endured were all documented in incident reports that were communicated (professionally) by staff and signed off by me. They probably have a novel for just the “Benson Kids”. I was reading these reviews on here and honestly some are just comical. I think I read the place is filthy or unkept (insert rolling eye emoji) just stop by and you can see for yourself that it’s not dirty. I know for a fact they clean and sanitize all their toys, common areas, bathrooms, etc. because I’ve seen it with my own eyes at pick up numerous (understatement) times! Every day that place is scrubbed, you'll see! Have all 8 years that we’ve been here gone by flawless, no hiccups, everything smelling like roses? No, and I’d be lying to you if I said they did but I can assure you that any issue, any complaint, any concern I had was communicated and handled in a courteous and professional manner and since I’m being completely honest, I too have had my share of financial difficulty and there has been times over the years where I was panicked and stressed about payment but no one has ever used that against me! I have never been shamed regarding my means or lack thereof. As long as open communication was established John and Katie were very accommodating and again went over and above to help me get things back on track. Another thing I’d like to touch on is education or the supposed lack of that was also mentioned. These girls do their best to make sure our kids know how to write their name, their ABC’s, 123’s colors and other basics to get them prepared for school. Trust me when I say my kids were more than Kindergarten ready! I could literally go on and on about our experience (my kids basically grew up here) but I’ll spare you! Just know that this is a wonderful place for your kids to be if you just want them to feel safe, loved and an extension of Home. As a long time parent who’s experienced pretty much everything here I’m available for any questions you may have. I have tons of both professional and personal (these girls literally went from strangers to friends to family) experiences with the majority of the staff so please feel free to contact me

This place is one if the worst in the area. I went in for a tour. From the time I entered it smelled like urine. Saw a roach crawling on the floor near where the kids were napping. This place is only for desperate individuals who need cheap care for their kids. The people who gave this a 5 star must be staff or family of staff. I don't see how a real parent could consider this a 5 star.

My nephew have been treated like carp and also came home with bruising on his body. I don’t know How you run a daycare like this and even still be open for business. The state need to come in and see how there running this business. I do not recommend this daycare for anyone’s kid.

Right track more like wrong track , went there to pick up my friends kid mind you she did call them to let them know I was picking up kid, they didn’t check my ID which they should have simple as that the child could have been in danger!! On top of that they hire kids to take care of kids literally because they do not have experience and you will be taking a serious chance to leave your kid there!!! Steer clear of this place!!!! Don’t say I didn’t worn you!!!!

So my nephew goes here and I’m so sick of hearing from his parents that he is being bullied by grownups this is not fair to him or to his parents that they have to pick him up and see marks and everything else on him and the fact that they pay money for him to go to daycare to learn things and you guys aren’t doing your job correctly so maybe you guys need to shut down because your not helping children that go there

The Co-Director of this daycare facility, Heather L. Manton, got into a verbal altercation with a parent on face book in regards to the parents inability to pay an unpaid balance for services rendered for her child. Heather literally exposed and shamed this parent via, social media for her financial woes. Although, she never mentioned the name of the daycare or any of the employees, the parent was venting on facebook on her personal face book page in regards to her problems with the daycare and its employees for talking about her to each and around the children. Heather commented on the post and let everyone know that the parent was indeed talking about The Right Track Daycare and that her Employer had been trying to contact her for an unpaid bill. The face book post had over 100 comments in which Heather, the co-director of this facility violated this parent’s confidentiality by disclosing her financial liabilities. Mrs. Manton was unethical and unprofessional to say the least. No parent or child should ever have to endure this kind of ordeal on social media especially by someone who is in public service. I would never recommend her services at this facility for a dog, much less for a child.
