They tanked my credit score because I paid my 2 cards off before the due date and said my utilization is too high (2k on a 12.5k limit).

They ask for your name, address, social security number to file a dispute then no further contact or response. I feel this is a scam

Listen to me very closely: Scammers have taken over this particular agency. I spoke directly with Nelnet and they told me as well as sent me proof that not only was my accounts closed, but they flat out removed them from all 3 Credit Bureaus. Transunion says that they can be on my report for up to 7 years and Nelnet would have to personally remove them “which they did”. These credit bureaus are 100% scammers!

All the credit scores I have are in the 830/840 range, this outfit decided that my credit is suspect and denied my request.

Their website is the worst of the 3 credit bureaus. It's amazing something as important as credit can be run so poorly.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. whateverrr you do avoid this company at all cost. They just throw you around from person to person. They do not help at all whatsoever. They had all the wrong information. I ended up being able to speak to a supervisor Jose and he was so rude when all i did was complain about the horrible service i received. He hung up on me in the middle of my sentence.

Transunion is the only company that expects you to pay to simply see your credit score. They really are the scum of the Earth. But hey! Us poor folk can't do anything about it cause we all know they must be paying the US Govt. big bucks to get away with robbery like they currently are doing.

This company asked for my birthday, social security number, etc. which I was not comfortable giving. They could not find any data without it. We had difficulty with my cell phone breaking up he said. He was going to call be back on our land line and DID NOT. I had to call several times before they connected me with the right department, according to them. Once I got them, they could not answer any questions about the information on my report. I wonder why I am even paying for this service. The only reason they have a one star rating is because it would not let me post without giving it at least one star.

These are the worst people to deal with! How in hell can’t you upload a police report in todays time? You can’t get in touch with anyone. They give you the run around. These people are just the worst

This is a scam!! I created an account on their website, then when I tried to access the account it sent me back to the login page. I have tried to login in but it says it cannot verify my personal information. I called and the automatic operator asks for your SSN right off the bat. The operators are not helpful at all. This is a scary process to navigate. I never got my issue resolved. I dont trust them. The other two agencies were quick and much more secure in serving you.

The credit system is fraudulent and predatory. A false delinquency lowered my score 116 points over night. 7 years of credit building gone.

I have reported incorrect information on my credit report from this agency multiple times. These disputes have included affidavits from the organization reporting the information, affidavits from financial institutions that prove the information is inaccurate, and legal documentation indicating that the timing of these incidents are completely at odds with what is being reported to them. Not only have they refused to take any corrective action to correct information they know to be inaccurate on their reports, they have thus far refused to provide me with any insight as to what would be sufficient evidence to remove the information. To reiterate, I have provided them an affidavit from the organization who reported it in the first place that it is incorrect. They have pretended to investigate my claims multiple times. A simple glance at the legal documents and bank information I provide will prove that the information they are reporting is incorrect. They clearly do not manage to do even that. It is very difficult to tell what this organization does day-to-day if they can't manage that due diligenceThe answer is simple: this organization knows the information they report is wrong but actively colludes with other organizations to defraud you, the consumer. I highly encourage any individual who discovered incorrect information on their report to sue this organization for damages to fullest extent for every count. You will find that they knew their information to be incorrect every time and just refused to do anything about it. Disgusting behavior from a disgusting legacy institution. Put this place out of our misery.

I live in Nevada, and received a letter that I applied for credit via TransUnion, at this zip code. It was Synchrony Allegro Credit. Either this place condones fraud or they have the most worthless security ever. I didn’t even know about TransUnion, Synchrony or Allegro Credit before today. They eat my social to confirm that there is no fraud, yeah no way I’m doing that.
