The young girl that work there took 600 dollars off my account . She claims she made a mistake and returned my vehicle . I came to see why she took 600 off my card when I only had the rental for 2 days . I had a cargo van which was 19.95 . She took our rent money and when we told her that’s our rent money . She acted like she didn’t care . DO NOT RENT FROM THiS PLACE . A bunch of SCAMMERS. .

I had the misfortune of using this company last year. I felt like I received horrible service due to my ethnicity. The owner called me and tried to make it sound like a favor that I received a refund. I hope this buisness goes belly up.

I made a reservation here 2 weeks ago for a pick up today for work. We were called one hour before our reservation to be told they didn't have or truck available. The man on the phone told my boss he would call her back in 15min. Never called back and cancelled our reservation. Our business is moving into our new building today and now we are stuck. So unprofessional. Don't use this location.

Today I had a hitch installed at Uhaul of Crum Lynne. I had to wait because I came from Delaware. Yolanda the service attendant was so helpful with a few non-hitch items I needed, and was excellent company during my wait making sure I was comfortable as I am disabled.Amara, the hitch installer, came out twice during the installation to talk to me. Once to view photos I brought of the utility trailer I had purchased and it's electric components, and then again to tell me he wasn't happy with the tongue length for the recommended hitch. He felt it was too close to my bumper, so he looked into the Uhaul store there and picked a better oneI felt that I received a custom hitch installation today for a very reasonable price...at least $100 less than other places I had asked. I couldn't have had a more positive experience, and when I left I had no doubt this was a great decision to come to Crum Lynne. Thanks to Yolanda and Amara!!

Went here and waited 30 minutes while the cashier failed to ring me out and get me a rental. Ended up having to go to another U-Haul and this location STILL CHARGED ME for a rental. Literally just wasting my time dealing with these people.

We needed a U-Haul to move some furniture from are cousins house since there moving the service here is good and there where no problems the employees are friendly and helpful the price here is a little high but not terrible and you can save $25 bucks if you clean out the truck

Great customer service! As a 23 years old picking up a trailer for auto transport for the first time, I couldn’t have received a better customer service and genuine recommendations from a guy that was working there( I wish I had his name). He mentioned that his co-worker was on vacation and he was the only one working and i have seen with my eyes that he was very busy. Despite him being busy, he fixed the wiring from my car to the trailer which was not getting any power and even watched YouTube videos to make sure he got the job right. He went out of his way to help me and I am glad I was sent to this location because of him. Thank you again!

BE AWARE - the rate that is quoted as $/mile on your reservation may not be the rate that is actually charged! When I got the receipt, the charge per mile was DOUBLE what was quoted on the reservation. ALSO, for any Uhaul people reading this - it's really bad customer service to require your customers to have to use a smartphone to log their driver's license and check photos of the equipment - If I have to do this again, I won't use your services.

One of the shadiest experiences I've ever had with any business of any kind. DO NOT GO HERE. I requested a furniture dolly and furniture pads with my truck. They casually mentioned they didn't have the dolly or pads to give us. Okay, fine. But they still charged us for them. Upon returning the truck, I'm being charged $250 for not returning a furniture dolly, appliance dolly, and pads. Again, we were never GIVEN these items. Not to mention, they called me while I was still using the truck and left a nasty message on my phone about how I "promised" I'd have it back already. I was still booked for a few hours at that point. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOU. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Staff was friendly, but the Uhal vehicle was dirty, not sanitized and smelled. For COVID restrictions, I don't think they are cleaning the vehicles.

I reserved and paid for a 20 foot truck 3 weeks in advance using the app. Half an hour before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and said they didn't have any 20 foot trucks within 150 miles. I had to settle for a 10 foot truck because no other companies had anything available on such short notice. My brother and brother in law took time off to help us move this weekend and U-haul threw a wrench into my plans. I'm in the process of trying to get a full refund. Kathy was very nice and helped me out but this is still completely unacceptable.

I had a very positive experience at Crum Lynne.I reserved a 10' truck on Sept. 15. The staff members there when I picked up, and when I dropped off were both very friendly and helpful. And the truck was great. Just what I needed. I've rented there before and will rent there again. Thank you Crum Lynne U-haul.

There are signs as you enter to wear a mask. all of the customers were complying. The workers were not wearing a mask. How can make customers do something you refuse to do. This shows little regard for your customers and shows poor mangement. Put on your mask and help keep people healthy or post a sign saying we are not doing masks here.
