I have lived in my address for 7 years but because I tried to be a good citizen and list that my ex-roommate, who has a very different name than me, no longer was at the address all recipients were removed from my address. Not bad enough that I didn't receive mail for weeks but I happened to have purchased a new car around this time and was expecting a certified delivery with my title. Attempt to deliver was never even made, no peach slip on the door, just a return to sender, and now 40 days later I'm still playing games tracking down my title because, and I hate to be rude cuz I respect the post office immensely, couldn't or didn't read who was no longer at the address. The best of all when I was first trying to track down and figure out why I did not have my title The gentleman on the phone first implied that the dealership that I am working with was trying to steal the title from me in some sort of scam. The gentleman then asked the woman about deliveries to my address or if the attempt to delivery was made, immediately she got defensive and yelled something about people being in and out of my apartment all the time. Cannot believe the man's first response was to accuse the dealership of scamming me and that the woman's response was to get defensive and imply that it is somehow my fault that my mail courier didn't even attempt to deliver a certified letter to me. Laziness or incompetence at its peak.

I was there on July 2, 2020. There were signs on door stating masks were mandatory. Blond hair woman had no mask on. I asked her why she didn’t have one on and she replied it was not mandatory.Pretty bad service especially since it was one day earlier that it was made mandatory. She also didn’t sanitize her hands in between customers.
