“I honestly had one of the best experiences I've had with any storage facility, today, then I've had, ever. Amanda, from Pottsville, was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I was behind and was at the point were my unit would be auctioned off, she was wonderful. She was not rude, condescending, belittling, but helpful, so kind, and understanding of my situation. I wanted to get my payment to her asap, and had planned on running there right after work, well torrential downpours made driving slightly dangerous; rather than me drive there, Amanda suggested payment over the phone! Concerned for my safety! You don't get that kind of service anywhere!! She is absolutely amazing and I will not be going anywhere else. This girl is 100% THE BEST!”
