Never does have an answer wouldn't even look at my cat for inspection

Went to get my car inspected,he took it for a ride,said everything was fine,but wouldn't inspect it ,a lady pulled in as I was there and he immediately went and did her truck,guess you have to be a female to get your vehicle inspected....

Never answers phone when you call, and is never at the garage when you go by.
