The store has great customer service and quality products. friendly employees help customers find the parts they need for repair and small projects around the house. Staff walked customers to the area of the items, explained why the products would work and the amount needed. The inventory has more items and much inventory for small projects. prices are competitive with big box hardware stores but pricier than chains. The owner is there and cares about customers. Customer service is unmatched by other stores. Staff are always pleasant.
