Horrible customer service. Called to ask how long credits back to my account would typically take and got met answered with an attitude of “I have no idea, I’d have to look at your account and I’m with another customer and can’t look at two accounts at once. I can call you back” and when I said okay to the call back, she then said I could contact the online customer service.Dallas PA is my home branch. I’ve always been able to call with any quick questions or concerns. Why even answer a call if you’re with a customer, and why give such an attitude?
